I discovered Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital a little over six years ago while searching for a veterinarian with experience in exotic cats. I had just purchased my Highland Lynx, Samson, and wanted to ensure he received the best care possible. Little did I know that I would soon have a family of feline friends. That was when I first met Dr. Anne Ayers, who has proven to be far superior to any veterinarian I have ever worked with. Her commitment to her profession, our family, and her patients is truly remarkable. She has been with us through both difficult and joyful times, always taking the time to make the best possible decisions for our pets—not just from a scientific standpoint but also with deep compassion, listening to our concerns and respecting our wishes. Dr. Ayers is an exceptional veterinarian, as is just about everyone I have met at Owl Creek. If you have an animal and want the best possible care for your furry family member, I highly recommend checking out this place.

It was amazing! They were so patient and understanding. They explained to us what was wrong with our puppy and how we can help him. They demonstrated with care and love on how to give him his treatments. They were also able to schedule us an appointment so fast with our time table to us going on a trip so soon. The staff members are so welcoming and make you feel at ease to have them treat your babies in their care. We can't wait to come back!

This review is about the front desk only. I'm sure these are great veterinarians and that's why I made an appointment for my new puppy to get her established. I stopped in a day early with a few questions about the vaccines (not rabies) to see if non-veterinarian administrations {her breeder and myself} could be added to her records. Like many vets, the answer was no, which is fine. I give them myself, because it's much cheaper and only I myself would be liable. They require that they would need to pick up and start doing her vaccines according to the young lady that sits at the far right of the counter. This is fine, I would have been okay with it even though I don't agree with it. The young lady, i mentioned earlier, was way clueless. She had a pan-face and seemed irritated. She couldn't answer which viruses my puppy would get if they did the administration, nor could readily find pricing for anything. I want to get the works for my puppy, shots, tags, spay, and chip with return visits and it is my opinion, this young lady wasn't selling me on anything. There were also two people seated at the front desk next to her that were obviously experienced; obviously overhearing; they were not busy and they didn't even jump in to help out with any answers, to questions like, "what vaccines exactly will my dog get? I cancelled my appointment and my money and I, walked out the door. {and yes...I was a very kind person during it all}.

Owl Creek and Dr Ann have treated my dogs for years and I couldn’t have been more grateful for their help this past month when they played the most pivotal role while I was away. Our CKCS unexpectedly passed away and everyone at OC went above and beyond to help me and both dogs. They took care of everything! Even watching my golden and hand feeding when she wouldn’t eat and nurturing her back. To know your pets/family is being taken care of and getting the best possible care when you can’t be there is what counts. To have a vet that calls you and gives reports and grieves with you is what you want. The entire staff at OC is outstanding and I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me and my family over the years. ❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful new-to-us (rescue) puppy visit with the team at Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital this week. From the front desk, to our vet tech, to our Veterinarian, Dr. Sydney Hill, the whole team was kind, warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. The office was super clean and our pup was very comfortable. Highly recommend!
