We had to put our sweet lab down and this center was lovely. Affordable and gave us a paw print keepsake. They let us have our privacy and I appreciate they don't charge a ridiculous rate for something so heartbreaking. For a appointment that you never want to make I'd recommend them. They gave a follow up card of condolences we appreciated.

We have received nothing but amazing care for my senior dog, especially when he was brutally attacked by a German Shepherd and everyone else turned us away due to not having cash to pay that day. Owatonna Veterinary Hospital showed such care and compassion stating they couldn't let him suffer. We live 40 miles away and they had us come in that afternoon for wound treatment, sutures and pain medication and they worked out a payment agreement with us. If it wasn't for them my little dog whom is 14 now probably would've gotten a bad infection and suffered and possibly died I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond any other vet clinic in the area! I'm waiting on a fb message back to schedule a neuter appointment for our new pup and to enter into some type of hospice care/ comfort regimen for my little old man and I'm sure they won't disappoint.

I was a client of Owatonna Vet Services and now Owatonna Vet Hospital. The level of caring and compassion has not been compromised. Everyone is friendly and compassionate. Recently we had to do end-of-life care for my dog and they were so wonderful to work with. Very calm and let us go at our pace and were respectful. Merging 2 clinics can be stressful and difficult but they have risen to the challenge and continue to provide excellent care.

Have been going to Owatonna Veterinary Hospital for about 25 years. I have received extraordinary service for all those years. I own pugs, which can naturally bring with them health issues. Dr. Bauer also owns brachycephalic breeds, so I have felt ensured when my dogs have had to have been put under. You know they are good when they are busy! Plan ahead for appointments!
