What a team! Dr. Woods and his team went above and beyond for our Doodle! They treat him like part of their family, which makes my little family so happy. Ollie had to have a small procedure today and they did the most wonderful job, have the best bed side manor, and so great at all communication. Thanks OVH!

This veterinarian hospital is everything I was looking for my fur baby! From the receptionist to Dr. Woods everyone is so kind and friendly. They treat my cat June like if she was royalty and me like a true mom. She needed a full teeth extraction, which can be a tricky procedure for a cat and even life threatening. Dr. Woods who is the kindest human being I have ever met, took amazing care of her. She was out and eating the same day of discharge. Their prices are reasonable and honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere cheaper because this vet is worth every penny to me. I went somewhere else where the service was way lower quality and charging twice more for the same procedure. I wanted a place where I felt comfortable, nice ambience (the huge fish tank is awesome) + all the glass, I just feel like I’m in the woods lol. Absolutely 10/10 recommend this place. Exceptional service.

How to express our true gratitude and appreciation for Ooltewah Veterinary Hospital and the staff goes far beyond words. Dr. Woods expertise, knowledge and compassion for his clients (pet owners and their companions, alike) exceeds any expectations and the words above definitely extends among his staff as well. Skye’s care through his visits, and Maddi’s too, when she was still here, were always made comforting and calming, as they were extremely anxious pups. Sadly, We recently had to say goodbye to our sweet little fur boy, Skye, and while it was an extremely difficult time, the staff and Dr. Woods exemplified true loving care and support, throughout the entire process. They did everything imaginable to comfort us as well as our sweet boy. Obviously, many tears were shed, as to be expected, but tears were shed by Dr. Woods, along with some of the staff. The same can be said when we lost sweet Maddi a couple years ago. We simply can’t thank Dr. Woods and his entire staff for all that they do. I cannot give Dr. Woods a good enough review. We have brought our dog Roger in here since we first moved to Chattanooga last December. Roger had an unknown lump on his neck which a previous veterinarian had misdiagnosed. Dr. Woods was very knowledgeable and explained what our options would be for Rogers best quality of life. Roger as well as ourselves have been treated with so much compassion here. Dr. Woods and his staff treat him like their own. There is a reason Dr. Woods has been awarded Chattanoogas Best for three consecutive years. Thank you Ooltewah Veterinary Hospital!

I don't think my husband and I will ever be able to say enough good things about Dr. Woods and his staff. They truly, truly care about the animals they see and we have been with them through all different life phases with our pets. Dr. Woods and his staff are extremely empathetic and they have supported us through some very tough decisions/times with our pets. If you have exotics or normal furry pets, you'll be glad you chose OVH.
