The staff are friendly and the clean, comfortable office made me feel at ease. Dr Maran was thorough, explained everything clearly, and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. I left feeling much more confident about my cat’s upcoming procedure. Plus they did great with a “all hands on deck” patient. I’m really grateful for their kindness and appreciate the care!

They sincerely wanted to make an emotional visit lless scary. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting them again if the need arises.

Dr. Maran is not only an expert operating at the highest tier of his field but also full of empathy and passion for his patients. If all the vets and experts I met and work with were of this high a caliber, my life would be far better and calmer knowing "they got it" and truly believing it. After getting some bad news from diagnostics at an emergency clinic, I researched and sought out references and 3 of Chewie's specialist veterinaries all said "Dr. Maran is where I would go even if I lived out of state and had to drive in. He's amazing." With that high praise, I reached out and the amazing staff got me scheduled and in to see Dr. Maran very quickly since I could be flexible to take the best care of Chewie and his needs. I took my beloved Chewie in for his visit and the legend was true to my surprise! Dr. Maran acted quickly to get Chewie the medication he needed, analyzed numerous diagnostic reports from months of various specialist visits, and identified inconsistencies to drive an assessment and plan forward for his heart while holistically considering 2 other key complex conditions that Chewie was experiencing. Dr. Maran explained these multitude of issues with simplicity, deep understanding and truly wonderful Doctor to Novice translation skills. He went further to explain the plan forward as well as the various options and pros and cons of each and made recommendations as if Chewie was his own dog. Response times have been rapid, iterations for enacting new parts of the plan have been seamless, the staff has all been excellent and "dog first" mentality and just genuinely positive and happy to take care of us every visit. This makes a significant difference during times of stress when your favorite fur monster is struggling, reaching end of life, or just up against a challenging issue. All around 11/10 experience. Couldn't recommend more positively.

Very positive experience getting our senior dog's heart checked. All staff communicated very clearly and made sure we had time to ask questions. It ain't cheap, but it was very much worth it. Dr. Sawyer was beyond excellent!

Going directly to the cardiologist instead of waiting for a veterinarian to have enough patients to get one to see my pet was worth the extra fee. Olympic got us an appointment the next day after calling. Then, from the moment we got in, the atmosphere, it was peaceful and no other pet present. It was the first time our pet was not terribly afraid to be at a vets. They took extensive notes and asked lots of questions before the procedure. After I met personally with the doctor and she took a LOT of time explaining the results and what to do next. I was treated as if I were their only concern, and nothing else mattered except my pets comfort. It was clean and safe outside. Inside was beautiful but made for animals. Stone floors and easy access scales. They brought her her own dish and bottled water and brought me coffee. The best experience my pet and I have ever had. The people at the front desk and the technical people were upbeat and respectful and genuinely cared for my pet.
