Dr McCoy was very responsive and concerned about my senior dog even though I had never visited before; every question was answered, every avenue was sought. The visit didn't have an economical price, imo however I don't have a lot of experience comparing vet visits. You get what you pay for. I will continue services with this vet. Highly recommend.

Mar 31, 2025 · J MilesThey were good to my dog's and diagnosed the problem quickly and took the proper steps to help her
May 07, 2025 · Jon Neff (Red)Absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Mccoy and staff. My cat Bay, was experiencing signs of an infection with serious complications. He was very weak and not showing any signs of improving. We believed this was from a reoccurring ear infection that just wouldn't clear up. After calling his regular vet to get an appointment we were told it would be at least a week before he could be seen. As you know, things can turn even worse overnight with animals. Dr. Mccoy was able to see Bay early this morning and answered all of our concerns, even the ones that his regular vet just passed off as normal,(they needed to be addressed). After multiple procedures Bay is finally on the mend. They showed compassion and understood our concerns. Thank you so much Dr. Mccoy and staff for a pleasant experience in our time of need. Immediately transferred all our fur babies records here.
Dec 03, 2024 · Kelli WrightI switched from Kroner Animal Care to Ohio Valley Animal Clinic a couple of months ago. I'm very glad I did! Dr. McCoy was so kind and patient with not only me but my kitties as well. She answered all of my questions and even explained a diagnosis that Kroner vets had given one of my cats but didn't elaborate on. I'm so grateful that I made the switch!
