Nova Pets Health Center

Nova pets is excellent. I volunteer for homeward trails and take adoptable pets there often. Usually for rabies vaccine. The office is quiet and spotless. They are friendly and professional. Give them a try.

I'm so glad I found Nova Pets! I needed shots for my kitten and they were able to see me the same day! They were attentive and caring and explained the "why's". When I pushed back on some of their recommendations, there was no argument or discussion. I also enjoyed just spending time in the office. Teddy the cat, and the macaw were fun to interact with (just don't try to touch the bird) and the canaries were beautiful. I had a great experience!

This will be year 9 of boarding my dogs with Nova Pets. Despite moving a bit further away, I continue to bring my dog to Nova Pets because the facility allows for a comfortable stay for my dog, and I always have peace of mind knowing that my dog is being well taking care of. I also like that the scheduling process, drop-off and pick-up is seamless. My dog was rescued so it’s especially important that he receives individual care. He did not do well with men, did not do well with baths and was not okay with being picked-up; this is all a non-issue at Nova Pets which really speaks to the level of care the staff shows our fur babies. Keisha, Faezea, Mariam and Han treat my dog like family which means so much to me. It also gives me peace of mind that Dr.Masood is there and equipped to handle my dog’s needs should he ever need medical attention. Overall the best pet boarding in the area!

We have been taking our dog here for almost 6 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Our dog struggles with interacting with strangers, especially men, but the staff here at NOVA Pets always treats him so well. Recently, our dog had an anal gland sac rupture and had to stay overnight for fluids and extra medication. As much as I hated leaving him there overnight, I knew he was getting the best care possible. We will continue to bring him here as long as we are still living in the area. Dr. Masood is always so informative and helpful with our pup. Thanks for taking care of our dog so well for so many years!

Being using this vet for a little over a year. Our cat was very ill previously and our previous vet had not made any progress in bringing her back to health in over a year of trying. Dr. Masood had a plan in 1 appointment, got her on medicines to help, and we saw *immediate* improvement. A year and a half later there is no doubt in my mind that they have saved my cats life. Reviewing everything else is easy- we usually talk to Keisha when making appointments and she is fast and competent, usually gets us an appointment within a week on the day/time that we want. We have also used them for our dog, who is young so no issues- but they take extra time to make sure the dog is happy and likes them - Dr. Masood brings some cheese for her every time to make sure she has a positive association. This office is my dogs favorite place! Could not recommend them highly enough.
