The staff is fantastic. The vets do not hesitate to go above and beyond. Dr. Jones is kind and patient. Dr. Wilson has checked in on my sick puppy daily. They are knowledgeable and explain each step care throughly. The quality of care is unmatched and so is the cost. Taking your fur baby here won't break the bank or your heart.

Thank you Northwind vets. You treated my older cat Puma with the kindness and respect that he deserved and let me stay with him every minute until the end about a year ago. For my huge bonded pair, Ginger and Maryann, I again have to thank you for your empathy and compassion. Considering it was only their second time visiting a vet in 4 years, they behaved exceptionally. They were the only cats waiting and never hissed or got upset. I have to credit the staff for allowing me to bring them together & be seen together. And I have never had any vet sit on the floor with my kitties, allow Maryann to prowl while ginger just tried to sleep the through the whole thing. So kind. My cats had no trauma at all. Not a hiss, growl, scratch, bite or ears laid back even when ears, teeth, belly, feet, heart were examined. Maryann didn’t want to sit in scale. But I’m pretty sure she knew there were q-tips in the cupboard. My cats are sweet and well behaved. . They allowed every part of exam without a wiggle. They did such a good job, made friends with dogs, responded very well to all staff, got juggled down 4 flights into the cold & my car. Did the same on the way back and forgave me for all. Thank you my friend Mike who helped me carry 40 lbs of cat. And thank you Northwind all amazing staff

Phenomenal animal hospital. I had an emergency visit with my dog and they were able to get me in the same day (although admittedly timing was just right with a cancelation, but still). I spoke to Mrs. Boyd originally and she was very helpful and courteous. Dr. Miller is who saw my dog, and he was able to explain the situation in a way that I (a mechanic, not a vet) could understand and I left happy and confident that my dog had been treated correctly. I’ve since had them do my first checkup with my newly adopted cat. Dr. Miller was able to answer any and all questions in a professional, yet personal manner. The front end staff is great as well. Everything from simply calling to schedule a routine checkup to dealing with the more stressful emergency situations they keep calm, collected and efficient. All while also making it feel as though your pet is a member of their family too. Definitely one of the best around, and now my home vet too!

First of all, the place is clean and nice. Nice furnishings, roomy and plenty of places to sit. Dr. Jones was amazing with my dog Jimmy. Professional, compassionate and kind. He was also very good at answering questions. It seems like he anticipated them. Very thorough exam too. His vet tech Melanie was awesome too. I very highly recommend Dr. Jones.

Everytime I take either of my pooches there, the staff treats them like it’s their own pet. All the dogtors are very friendly and will gladly answer any questions I have. Would recommend to any one
