Fantastic vet, I was recommended by a local who previously worked there and it's been an incredible experience after going to another vet. I drive 20 minutes to get there and it's super worth it. The staff listens and asks great questions, very commincative and great at follow up. They have squeeze me in a pinch and supported me through really tough decisions. My dogs are not nervous there like they are at other vets. All in all I could not say more good things. We're happy we made the switch and grateful for their support in caring for our pups.

We were visiting Las Vegas & our dog was bitten by a scorpion or perhaps stung by a bee. We called 3 places & we're put on hold until we called Northwest Pet Hospital. They were empathetic over the phone, got us right in & gave our pup immediate attention. First visit is free so we ended up only paying for the shots he received. Their prices, as compared to home, were quite reasonable. We were extremly happy with the care Max received & may return next year for his check up, etc as we spend our Winters in Las Vegas. Highly recommend.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!! TRYING TO SAVE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY FROM THIS PLACE. My family came in on 3/1 around 3-4 pm for a cough our dog has been having for a few days. The cough started on 2/28, and it was minor. My mother specifically told DR. STACEY NAUTA that our dog has been having this cough, and we knew dog flu season was high and he has a bad heart. We had this beautiful soul for over seven years. He would been nine on March 17th. We learned about his heart, but NEVER, I mean NEVER, had any problems with his heart. I have numerous videos and pics of him running, jumping, and being super active up until his time. He's been getting vaccines and check-ups, and NEVER had we once been prescribed by the vet for any heart medications, even upon his adoption in 2017! He has never been sick or had any surgeries or medication for his heart! The last check-up was at Craig Road Hospital, and they said he is a healthy, happy dog with a good heartbeat. This was last year, March 2023. So, on Friday, 3/1, my family checks in with Dr. Stacey Nasta. Keep in mind no blood work was done after the appointment. DR STACEY NAUTA said your dog is healthy, and they suggested an Ex-ray, but DR STACEY NAUTA said it wasn't necessarily severe. DR. STACEY NAUTA examined him and SAID he had NO fluids in his lungs or stomach, and his heartbeat was good. She said there is inflammation in his throat; that's where the cough comes from, and it's familiar and will eventually go away. Other than that, he's healthy! He had NO OTHER symptoms besides the cough. We knew dog flu season was becoming popular, so we took caution. DR STACEY NAUTA prescribes my family with some antibiotics. He took his first pill on 3/1 at 7 pm, again at 7 am on 3/2 Saturday, and at 7 pm on Saturday. KEEP IN MIND....THIS WAS A 5-DAY PRESCRIPTION FOR EVERY 12 HOURS. SUNDAY 3/3, at 9 am, my mom calls frantic, saying, "Lamar isn't MOVING! As my family approaches the counter at NORTHWEST PET HOSPITAL with our little joy taking his last breaths, JESSICA THE RECEPTIONIST her EXACT first words, "WE CAN'T SERVE YOU! WE NEED $500 JUST TO SEE OR DO ANYTHING!" as she was shaking her hands away! No apologies, no condolences, no help, no NOTHING! The ONLY person in that facility that I give the most respect to is the male med tech who ran out to grab our breathless dog on their parking lot floor as my brother felt hopeless and traumatized holding his dog in his arms. THIS PLACE IS NOT PLACE FOR PETS! WE TRUSTED YOU WITH OUR BEST JOY, AND YOUR DISGUSTING RECEPTIONIST DID NOTHING! AND OUR DOG WAS STILL BREATHING!!!! Like how are you going to tell my family our dog is healthy on 3/1 and dying on 3/3 at 10 am after DR STACEY NAUTA prescribed him the Antibiotics? We're here crying our eyes out because our dog is having reactions to the prescription YOU provided!! I don't care what everyone thinks about this place! READ THE REVIEWS! THERE HAVE BEEN MULTIPLE INCIDENTS WITH THE SAME STORY AS MINE. They can be friendly all they want, but they won't take accountability as soon as that problem comes back. The first words of that disgusting woman were, 'WE CAN'T SERVE YOU. WE NEED $500 TO SEE OR DO ANYTHING. The stress and horrifying traumatic experience we had to experience. Theirs no excuse why you guys are still business. No empathy no compassion and no sense of emergency when a patient needs their pet on oxygen! Your company took away the happiest, lovable dog everyone loved and knew! JUSTICE FOR MY BABY LAMAR AND ANY OTHER FAMILIES OUT THERE WHO'VE BEEN HARMED BY THESE EVIL SPIRITS! Oh, and worse part was when my mom called and ask for a manager on 3/4, they wouldn't let us speak to the manager her response was write "Nikki" an email My mom wrote a review, and still no response?! Animal control said this doesn't make sense! NO STARS!!!
