Dec 03, 2024 ยท Karen CraigheadI was premature in my assessment with my previous review so I deleted it and I wanted to create a more accurate and fair one. Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to my faithful companion recently. They could see that I had difficulty in making that decision to letting my beloved pet go and treated me with great compassion and understanding! They were kind and very professional and I recommend the services they offer to ensure a healthy and happy pet. ๐ค
Dec 04, 2024 ยท Brian's VLOGMy foster was acting strangely after a mass removal (done elsewhere). They worked Bella into their schedule on short notice and put my mind at ease. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Bella is feelinguxh better now. Thank you, Dr. Jackson and team! You are amazing!
Jan 01, 2025 ยท Ginevra HessIโve been taking my animals to this vet for a couple years now and overall they are great vets. However this last time I came in was to bring in my cat who had started to act as tho she had the flue. When Dr. Jackson saw her she immediately told me she( my cat) was very sick and they needed to run tests ( blood, urine and x-ray)and that she would need a 48 hour hospital stay. So, I left her in their care until the next day. After more than 24 hours all the vet could tell me was that she had a high white blood cell count and that meant she either had FIP or Cancer. But when I asked about the FIP she claimed there is no test and that I could not possibly afford the cure. Then she said the best option would be to put her down. She pet my cat very roughly when it was obvious my cat did not want to be pet and shoved food in her face. When she spoke she was practically shouting and this made my cat even more uncomfortable to the point of yowling. She warned me if i were to bring her home my cat would starve to death. Itโs been a week since i brought her home and with some TLC and 2 medications she has made a full recovery. (She is 12 years old, I suspect she had the flue and simply needed a little bit of help recovering this time) Iโm writing this review because i would hate for this to happen to someone else and for their cat to be needlessly put to sleep when it is not their time to die.
