Northpaws has a great setup for these troublung times. Call when get there, they ask a few questions, they come out and get your pet and any note you may have for the vet, the vet calls you to review your concerns and findings of their examination. When all done will call for billing information then bring your pet out to your car. Very smooth. I love how carjng all the staff are to your pet and you also. Recommend to all pet owners.

Welcome to Northpaws Veterinary Center Inc: Paradise Mark DVM

Welcome to Northpaws Veterinary Center Inc, located at 564 Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI 02828, USA. As a local Pet Hospital under the direction of Paradise Mark DVM, we are dedicated to providing veterinary care services to the Greenville community and surrounding areas. Our aim is to offer comprehensive and compassionate care for your beloved animal companions.

Based on recent feedback, Northpaws Veterinary Center Inc. has adapted its service model to ensure the safety and convenience of pet owners during challenging times. One customer described a "great setup" involving a streamlined process upon arrival. Clients are instructed to call the clinic, answer a few initial questions, and a staff member then comes out to retrieve the pet along with any notes for the veterinarian. Following the examination, the veterinarian contacts the owner to discuss their concerns and the findings. Billing information is then collected over the phone, and the pet is brought back out to the owner's car. This system is praised for its smoothness and efficiency, suggesting a well-organized approach to pet care during times requiring modified interactions.

The same customer also highlighted the caring nature of the entire staff towards both the pets and their owners, recommending Northpaws Veterinary Center Inc. to all pet owners. This positive feedback indicates a focus on compassionate and attentive care, which is a crucial aspect of a positive Pet Hospital experience.

However, another recent review presents a contrasting perspective, expressing significant disappointment with the office's current service. This customer, a former long-term client from about ten years prior, suggests a decline in the quality of service over time. Despite the clinic's convenient location (reportedly five minutes away), this individual now chooses to drive an hour to Tufts Veterinary Emergency Treatment and Specialties in Massachusetts, citing a preference for their more compassionate and accommodating approach. This suggests that while location may be a factor for some, the perceived level of care and responsiveness can outweigh geographical convenience.

The specific incident that led to this negative review involved a cat that had not eaten for approximately 24 hours and was vomiting clear liquids. The concerned owner contacted Northpaws Veterinary Center Inc., and the receptionist reportedly indicated that these sounded like signs of a blockage. However, the clinic stated they were at capacity and could not see the cat. Instead, the owner was advised to call an animal hospital in Massachusetts for assistance, despite the potential life-threatening nature of a blockage. This experience led the owner to express their intention not to return to Northpaws Veterinary Center Inc. with their pets in the future, citing a lack of accommodation for a potentially urgent medical issue.

In terms of services, Northpaws Veterinary Center Inc., under the guidance of Paradise Mark DVM, offers general veterinary care. The positive review highlights the clinic's ability to adapt its service model for efficient and contactless interactions, suggesting a commitment to providing care even under challenging circumstances. The mention of the staff's caring attitude implies a focus on the well-being of the animals they treat.

However, the negative review raises concerns about the clinic's capacity management and handling of potentially urgent cases. The inability to accommodate a cat with symptoms suggestive of a blockage, coupled with the referral to an out-of-state animal hospital, suggests limitations in their emergency or urgent care capabilities at the time of the call. This discrepancy in experiences indicates that while the clinic may have systems in place for routine care and adapted interactions, their capacity to handle urgent situations may vary.

Features of Northpaws Veterinary Center Inc., based on the available reviews, include a well-organized system for contactless pet drop-off and pick-up, which is a significant benefit for pet owners seeking a safe and efficient way to access veterinary care. The caring nature of the staff, as mentioned by one reviewer, suggests a positive and compassionate approach to animal handling and client interaction. However, the reported limitations in accommodating a potentially urgent case and the perceived decline in service quality over time are important factors for local users to consider.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available in the provided text. Local users interested in learning about any special offers, new client incentives, or the full range of services provided by Northpaws Veterinary Center Inc. are encouraged to contact the clinic directly at (401) 949-5030 or +1 401-949-5030. Direct communication will provide the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding their offerings and any current promotions.

In conclusion, Northpaws Veterinary Center Inc., led by Paradise Mark DVM in Greenville, RI, offers veterinary services to the local community. While the clinic has been praised for its efficient contactless service and caring staff, recent feedback also indicates potential limitations in handling urgent cases and a perceived decline in service quality over time. Local users should consider these varying perspectives and contact the clinic directly to assess whether their services align with their individual needs and expectations for a Pet Hospital.

For pet owners in Greenville, RI, and the surrounding areas, Northpaws Veterinary Center Inc. presents a Pet Hospital option with a demonstrated ability to adapt its service model for convenience. However, it is advisable to inquire about their protocols for urgent care situations and any changes in service quality that may have occurred. Direct communication with the clinic will help potential clients make an informed decision about their pet's veterinary care.

I am very disappointed in this office. About 10 years ago they use to be great but now Is a completely different story. I live about 5 mins from this location so it is very convenient but I now opt to drive 1 hour to Tufts because they are much more companionate and accommodating. Tonight I called concerned about my cat who has not eaten in about 24 hours and has been vomiting clear liquids. The receptionist said this sounds like signs of a blockage but they could not see me because they are at capacity. The last I checked this is a life threatening issue and they told me to call the animal hospital in Mass and see if they can help. No problem of course I will call elsewhere and I will never take my cats back to this hospital again.

Can't say enough great things about this place. This past weekend our Cat Bella was not feeling great thankfully we had a scheduled appointment already as she was fighting a possible pyometra diagnosed by a different Vet. When we arrived the process was seamless and well run. After 15 minutes a very friendly Vet called me and felt she needed surgery that day and thought pyometra was attributed to her teeth being in a bad state. They said we can juggle a few things and get it all done today so we went ahead with surgery. A few hours later get a cal from surgeon with details of her surgery and her recovery. She was not bouncing back as they thought she should and suggested we bring her to OSVS. We now after 2 nights at OSVS have her home she seems like her old self and I attribute that to NPVS doing a great job with a 13 year old cat and really showing some genuine concern. I will be a client from now on. I highly recommend this Practice.

It’s been 3 weeks since I had to put my little dog down at Northpaws. What I can’t get out of my head is that the last cognitive moment my baby had was pain and fear. The doctor did not wait for the assistant to get my dog into position for the first shot...she just stabbed the needle into my dog’s back, causing her to scream and then she got scared and tried to bite me when I went to hold her. Thanks for ruining my final moment with my little baby dog. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but the care has gotten less compassionate. I’m done with them!
