North Paw was absolutely incredible! They got our cat in quickly when she was sick and were able to help up get her feeling better right away! They took us back within minutes of arriving and were super compassionate and made my cat feels safe and comfortable the entire time. We had a great experience overall and I couldn’t recommend them more! Matty was our vet assistant and he absolutely wonderful! He took every step to ensure my cat felt calm and comfortable with him and made us feel great about the care that was gunna be given to her. Hands down greatest vet within a 100 mile radius for sure!!

We absolutely LOVE everyone at NorthPaws who has taken such great care of our fur babies, who constantly go above and beyond. The cost of care is much more affordable than others we've gone to in the past. Their kind-hearted professionalism makes us feel heard, respected and cared for every time we interact with them rather it's scheduling checkups or coming in for emergent consults. We are so fortunate to have NorthPaws!! Thank you for everything that you do to care for our babies and make us feel at ease. We are forever grateful.

Dr. Becker and all of her staff were so polite, respectful, and really made me feel like they cared about my rat. Completely night and day from my current vet. I was so happy with our visit that I am switching all of my rats to North Paws. Dr. Becker was amazing at answering all of my questions, and really put her time in with my rat, which I was really appreciative for.

I had been trying to find a vet that was taking new patients for a couple months. My Penny was not feeling well. She had stopped eating and drinking. I came across North paw and they took Penny the next day. Everyone was so kind and caring. My Penny was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer and they gave us all the options. Nothing was life saving. The options would give us days and cause more suffering. So we decided to let her go peacefully. Every part of the process was gentle and kind. We were able to stay with her and love her as she passed. I cannot thank them enough for all the love, care and kindness. Though my heart is broken I thank them.

It's a nice, friendly, mostly reasonably priced vet. But they will try to upsell you on every little thing. I usually get an itemized list. But the last time I went, I didn't and I ended up buying homemade wipes in a sandwich bag for $22. And I had the cleaning product at home. They just handed it to me, didn't inform me, and I didn't know I would be charged for it. They also asked if they could do one other procedure, and they didn't tell me I would be charged for it. The way she asked me made me feel she was just doing something nice for my dog. I can't afford my dog's allergy shot every month, but it last 2 to 2.5 months. Because it was 3 months they insisted a vet (more expensive) see my dog instead of the tech just doing the shot, so a $200 visit turned into a $360 visit. This could really pinch a family on a tight budget. Things like vaccinations are reasonable, so I recommend them, but please ask for a breakdown of costs before they take your pet in the back to administer their shots or do procedures.
