The staff at this facility seem to lack even basic common education. I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my sister's Shih Tzu. First, I asked if they can care for Shih Tzu breed, as I had called another place previously, and they told me they didn't see Shih Tzus. The worker laughed and said she had never heard of the breed before. I continued the conversation to schedule the appointment, but it felt like she was having a bad morning. Every question I asked was met with reluctance and annoyance. It's clear that better training is needed for your staff. This was an extremely frustrating experience.

I highly recommend this vet! They are very friendly, accommodating, explain whatever you ask, they treat you and your pet very well, they don't try to upsell and really offer what is best for your pet. They are super affordable and family owned. My friend had an emergency with her dog about 5 minutes before they were closing. They stayed after to see her dog. These people have hearts and don't take advantage. My 13 year old dog was having trouble jumping, getting up, and the like due to pain. They recommended a few options including a monthly injection Librela. The vet happily answered my millions of questions, and I decided to try Librela for my 60# pit/lab mix. Within a few weeks my dog was jumping and moving much better. The injection cost is weight based. I've heard how much other people pay for the injection (same weight as my dog), and it's almost double what this vet charges. I've told a few people about this vet, and they're all so happy and won't be going back to their old vet. Google asked me to update my review. It's been about 10 months, and I still love this vet. My dog is doing great on the monthly arthritis pain injections. I see the same people working there so I'm guessing they like where they work (no to low turnover?)

The staff there are excellent they always help and take care of my pets. The Doctors are also excellent.they always handle with care. Love it there.
