So far I can't say I've had a very good experience the 4 times I've been there. The last time I was there, after the vet seen my dog, I went to pay my bill as I have always done, when after paying, I was told the reason my bill was so high, was because of unpaid services from my last visit. The last visit, was paid in full! There should not have been any unpaid charges! The lady who took my payment did not know how to undo the charges to refund me. The next day I called to see if it had been taken care of and I was put on hold for a while. When she returned, she said her billing manager was aware of the situation and would give me a call the following day. I found it really funny that he was aware of my situation, when I had not even told the lady who answered the phone what my situation was. I simply asked to speak to someone in billing! Keep an eye on your charges and payments! So your not over charged or double billed!

Dr Sandel and Brent treated my dog with amazing care! They gave us so much amazing advice. Everyone is so friendly! We will definitely be coming back!!

I was excited to have a well reviewed vet in our neighborhood. The front desk, tech, and vet were all excellent today but the office manager was very rude. At the end of the visit I explained that I had left my wallet at home which was .5 miles away and I could quickly return to clinic to pay for the visit. The office manager was then involved and insisted the invoice be texted to my wife to pay before I left. I explained that my wife is home with our two week old baby and would likely not be able to pay the invoice immediately, and it would be much faster for me to just go get my wallet. This explanation fell on deaf ears so we sent the invoice. The manager was very pushy and continued to ask for the invoice to be paid immediately despite he fact that my wife was taking care of our infant child so I left. The invoice was paid obviously because I’m not a bum. We use several neighborhood businesses and have never been treated as if we were going to skip out on a bill. I expected the same level of service here. I want to reiterate that everyone else was excellent today including the front desk, tech, and vet. Assuming a new customer is going to ignore an invoice and coldly demand my postpartum wife prioritize your invoice over our newborn probably isn’t the smartest management style though.

I’m a disabled veteran and I recently had my hip replaced and left my house to bring my dog in for a couple shots. I made the appointment the day prior for 8:30. Went in while it was snowing and 10 degrees outside, got there around 10 after 8 and the receptionist said I was late and had to rebook, nobody in the lobby and she didn’t bother to ask a vet if I could be seen. There is no way I will use this clinic again. No common sense, no compassion.
