I have been taking all my pets here since the early 2000s. The staff is incredible and treat my pup so well. He is actually pretty excited when he realizes that we are there and he is greeted with the BIGGEST fanfare. It makes the visit fun all around. He is a bit reactive but the staff takes every measure to ensure the safety and well being of my pup as well as any other folks/fur friends in the facility. The veterinarians and technicians have treated each pet, and me, with love and care. I've had to say goodbye to some fur babies through the years here and I have felt so comforted by the staff before, during, and even after the decisions were made. I love it here and highly recommend them to anyone. Plus, there are free treats for the animals as well as humans (I love the cookies and coffee). With warmest regards, your biggest fans, Nola and Scooby.

They are truly awesome. They always greet flora with such kindness and love. The staff upfront are very knowledgeable, especially because I called often when I first got her. They always answered questions. If they didn’t know or had to check with the vet, they got back to me within a couple of hours. Dr Diaz and his team are truly a blessing. He is amazing with Flora. And always reassures me on all my questions.

Absolutely terrible experience at this facility. I was charged over $1000 to diagnose and treat a chicken, more than TEN TIMES what it would have cost at our new vet. The same illness that chicken had plagued another one of our chickens recently, and the vet down the road charged less than $100. They also did not make us shove giant antibiotic pills down her throat like Dr. Byrd prescribed (which I now know is very dangerous for a bird and can asphyxiate them if not done properly.) Our new vet gave this hen one antibiotic shot, and she is now healthy and happy as can be. Thinking back, Dr. Byrd did mention this shot as an option when we were there with our first girl, but then a dog with a life threatening emergency was rushed in and the doctor disappeared (understandably.) I was definitely willing to wait for things to quiet down so Dr. Byrd could give my girl the shot, but suddenly that was no longer an option. The front desk gave me giant oral antibiotic pills (slightly smaller than a dime) and syringe feeding formula with zero instructions on how to use either of them. When I asked the lady at the desk, she said there were instructions in the bag. There were not. I called as soon as I got home, and it took them about eight hours to have a technician call me back. I felt very let down by this place. Now that I have been through this again with another chicken, it bothers me even more knowing that this situation could have been handled much differently. I would do anything to come up with the money to take care of my animals, and I feel like this place noticed that and took advantage.
