We've been taking our boy here for 2 years and we love No Libs Vet. They are so thorough, kind, accommodating, gentle and really make you feel like you and your pet are important. Could not recommend them enough!

Please avoid that Veterinary Center if you really care about your baby! I called at the opening on Thursday to have an appointment for my baby that wasnt doing well, they told me they didnt have an appointment and recommended to go to the ER. We went to the ER and her blood results were very bad and were recommending euthanasia. I called back the center on Friday to have an appointment with Dr. Pirok that was following our baby for several years, or an associate, to show the ER results and just have a quick second professional advice, and the front desk person told me again that no appointment was available. I deeply insisted to have the chance to have that second view of the results saying it was critical, but the response was that we were on the cancellation list and will see and call back. Upon calling back, she told me they couldnt do anything.... Northern Liberties Veterinary Center is only here when your dog is doing great... or when you need a procedure that can be schedule in advance.. do you think you can schedule when your dog will be down?? Do you think it is normal not to take 10 min to check on critical results and give a feedback and an advice for such life oriented important cases for babies that are already ? Shame on you for operating like that and to fur babies parents, please go to other places where people actually care for your babies and not only for your money! Other veterinaries (Queen Village Animal Hospital) were much more dedicated and compassionate, and took time to explain everything further and to give their feedbacks! RIP love you for ever baby girl

My fiancée and I called to inquire about care for an our puppy. Asia answered the phone and was incredible! She went above and beyond answering questions and going out of her way to provide a lists of various insurances for us in addition to information about each one. She was patient and made sure we had a thorough understanding of what each provided and asked per specific questions in order to guide us in the correct direction. Asia is a rockstar and exemplified what customer service should be about. Thank you Asia for everything! Our pup is doing well!

I took my cat to this vet for her annual check up and had a great experience. I'm a first time cat mom, so I had a lot of questions about what's best for my darling. The doctor addressed all of my concerns, treated my cat well, and said I could call with questions any time. Will keep bringing her here in the future.

Very nice clinic! Good doctor, fair pricing and friendly staff. No wait time with appointment and not crowded. Clean facilities. This is now my new vet clinic!
