I’ve been bringing my dogs to NVVC for years. They tend to be busy but I never have to wait for very long to see the doctor. I don’t take my dogs anywhere else but here!

This efficiency helps reduce stress for pets, who may already be anxious about a vet visit, and convenience for their owners. The staff, such as Kerstin, are repeatedly praised for being "sweet and welcoming," creating a friendly and comforting impression from the moment clients walk in. This warm reception contributes significantly to the overall positive experience. The facility is equipped to handle a variety of procedures, suggesting a clean, organized, and adequately stocked environment that supports the medical needs of its patients. Several features distinguish North Valley Veterinary Clinic and contribute to its strong reputation. Firstly, the long-standing presence of Dr. Larry F. Bosma, who has been integral to the clinic since its inception in 1983 and is the founder and owner, provides a foundation of extensive experience and consistent leadership. His background, including a B.S. in Agriculture with an emphasis on animal nutrition and a B.S. in Zoology with a special focus on wild animal species nutrition, indicates a broad and deep understanding of animal health. Secondly, the clinic's commitment to affordability ("without breaking the bank") while maintaining high standards of care is a significant advantage for pet owners, especially in an era of rising veterinary costs. This balance of quality and cost-effectiveness makes them highly accessible. Thirdly, the clinic places a strong emphasis on continuous education and cross-training for its staff, ensuring that the entire team is knowledgeable and professional. The positive interactions with staff members like Kerstin underscore this commitment to excellent customer service. Fourthly, the efficient patient flow, leading to short wait times despite being busy, is a key feature that enhances client convenience and reduces stress. Finally, the availability of specialized services like comprehensive dermatology and the unique offering of sedated grooming demonstrate their dedication to meeting a wide range of pet needs, including those that might be challenging elsewhere.

For promotional information, North Valley Veterinary Clinic leverages its strong positive reputation and client loyalty. Promotional messaging would likely highlight their long history of serving the Antelope Valley, the experienced leadership of Dr. Bosma, and the compassionate, professional, and affordable care provided by the entire team. Testimonials, such as those praising Kerstin and the overall wonderful experience, would be prominently featured to build trust with new clients. Key service offerings like low-cost vaccinations, spays/neuters, and specialized dermatology services could be highlighted in targeted campaigns. They also promote the availability of their Pet Nutrition Centers, which is directly next to and connected to the clinic, carrying high-quality food, supplements, and treats, providing a comprehensive solution for pet owners. Seasonal promotions for preventive care or specific health needs (e.g., dental health month) might also be used. Their contact information, phone: (661) 945-7906 and mobile phone: +1 661-945-7906, is readily available to encourage appointments. The clinic's mission to make clients feel like "this is the place you belong" and their focus on building solid, lasting relationships would be central to any promotional material, aiming to convey a sense of family and dedicated partnership in pet care.

I can not express how wonderful everyone is here at this clinic. Kerstin is always so sweet and welcoming, she made me feel comfortable and safe with having with leave my cat there for a sedated groom, every interaction I have had with her has been a positive one. So very thankful to find a vet clinic that allows me to provide the best care for my babies with out breaking the bank. 10/10 would recommend anyone in the AV to take their fur babies to North Valley.

DR.Jeff Ohm was amazing but the manager Ashley has a really bad attitude from the moment she answers. I don't know if she was having a really bad day or she's just a really nasty person. We were helped there 2 days ago and they were amazing. Dr wanted us to come back Sunday and we did and she was just nasty. Yelling at us because according to her I didn't have an appointment and that I was simply a walk in and that's okay those are their rules. Maybe the person that I had talked to on Friday accidentally said appointment but the problem was that Ashely told me all this while yelling and having a really bad attitude. Dr had said it would be a free re check but she said nope I'm charging you $35 dollars hes not the owner or the manager so he doesn't get to say If he charges or doesn't (All this while yelling) Then she calls to tell me she will give me my dogs records and for me to go somewhere else all this still yelling. So confused to why we got treated this way. It wasn't necessary she could of simply talked to me and explained it all to me and I would of understood it all. All I wanted was for my dog to get treated I would of waited but if she treated me this way all through the phone how was she going to treat my dog. So disappointed in her.

This Vet Clinic is the best! They are so very respectful and knowledgeable in pet care. I have been given great advice for my pups and when I lost a pet they were very compassionate and understanding when we set up cremation. The prices for vaccines are affordable on their low cost days. It is also nice they have set times on a weekend. I highly recommend them to anyone. Staff is so sweet I actually recieved a sympathy card from them which means alot during a time of lost. 🐶 Great Job!

I’ll give it a zero if I could! Because this is an emergency hospital I have unfortunately, I had to take a couple of my for babies here for emergency services. Granted, they weren’t serious emergencies but the doctor turned them into them. They are butchers! After 14 surgeries my tuxedo cat passed away. They charged almost $13,000 for a cat that could not be saved. instead of letting you know that an animal is in dire need and cannot be helped,… They will drain your wallet and turn your beloved into Frankenstein. Please, if you value your pets don’t come here! Unless euthanasia is your only option. 😭😭😭
