North River Animal Hospital

Our Loki had his first visit yesterday. Our visit was with Dr Lewis. She is so knowledgeable and took her time to go over all our concerns. We were able to get everything address and a direct answer. We definitely felt pricing was reasonable. So happy we found this place. 💚

We have been seeing Dr. Cepeda for about 12 years now. She is amazing! This is a wonderful practice. They take good care of the animals, and I have never had an issue with anything in the time I have been using them. 5/5 Stars!! Highly recommend.

I have been bringing my fur babies to North River close to 6 years. I love Dr. Lewis. She is knowledgeable, professional and definitely understanding!! I have a very anxious dog and she handles her very well. My favorite technician is Jessica. I trust my fur babies with her. Jessica is knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Lewis always returns my call. I love that she never makes me feel like she rushing, despite all my questions. Since COVID they have been extremely busy and Parrish is growing, yet they usually still find an appt for my precious fur babies. I have tried other Veterinarians (in Parrish) and North River rocks!!!!

This clinic may be too busy to handle new clients. My dog had her 1st visit last week. Dr. Lewis was professional and friendly towards my dog. Dental surgery was recommended. I stopped by yesterday to schedule an appointment and request the antibiotics that were needed before surgery. I was told by the office clerk that Dr. Lewis would call us today to confirm the RX for us to pick up. When no call came, I wondered if we really had a dental appt scheduled. After 2 emails were sent, the office mgr. called let us know that we were on the Vet's, "to do list". We canceled the dental surgery and will not go back. Communication with pet owners is as important as treatment. Informing a client that they are on a "to do list" does not work for me.

Last Friday 10/25/2024 was one of the hardest days in a very long time. I came in with my dog in my arms not doing well and the receptionist immediately came to my aid and took my cowboy to the back the entire staff was so professional , personal and loving from minute 1 unfortunately my guy had to be put down but I must say they showed us such love and care made a lifetime impression I cannot express enough how much I appreciate you guys it was painful for me to part ways with him but there is no doubt that this place actually cares about your animals and not your wallet thank you all so much you have a lifetime pet owner i will definitely bring my animals to you again
