I recently had to take my dog here for an emergency surgery, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their incredible care and professionalism. From the moment we walked in, the staff was amazing and attentive, making us feel at ease during a very stressful time. They were incredibly responsive and took the time to explain every step of the process with empathy and passion. Unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beloved Lily down, but the staff was incredibly supportive and compassionate throughout the entire process. Their empathy and dedication to both our pet and our family made a world of difference. I highly recommend North Polk Animal Hospital to anyone in need of veterinary services. They truly go above and beyond for their patients and their families.

I had to do the hardest thing and let my baby be at peace and stop hurting. They were so wonderful, caring and reassuring that I was making the best decision. This gave me some peace in my heart. I Thank them so much. They honored my wishes to take my Buster to rest at home so I could bury him close to me. The Dr also made sure that I knew the law on that and how deep to bury him My methods go beyond for my fur babies so I was already aware. It was wonderful to see that they care so much. The price was below everyone else and you could not find a friendlier or more helpful staff. They even made a paw and nose print 🐾 for me. I Greatly appreciate it and Thank you for everything. If you want the Best this is where you need to take your pet.

They helped my fur baby when she was diagnosed with diabetes, each vist they took very good care of her. They took very good care of us even on her last visit, when we had to put her to sleep. The doctor and staff were beyond amazing and understanding of the difficulty. They allowed me to hold her during the process.

Our cat Kit-ton was not doing well and we were referred to this hospital from Urgentvet after an exam. Although Kit-ton passed away during our visit here, he was in awful shape prior to our arrival, the staff were very compassionate and honest from the moment they saw our cat and with helping us proceed with the next steps for Kit-ton after he passed. They will be my first choice in the future for our other cat's vet visits. Thankyou, North Polk, for the compassion and guidance you showed/offered us today. Not a vet that I would ever use. I just called on the phone this morning to see if they would be able to take care of my goat. First they said we don't take walk-ins for goats and they said we don't have an appointment available okay great I said let me know if you can board the goat and take care of it. The receptionist told me that she couldn't tell me how much their prices were and the decision would have to be made by a manager. Then I was told that I probably wouldn't get an answer until the end of the day. Instead of the receptionist taking my information she told me to call another vet. Finally the receptionist accused me of keeping her from getting my personal information and she still kept talking about something else. The receptionist went out of her way to talk me out of using them I tried to remind the receptionist that I was a paying customer and I expected a certain amount of customer service. so I told her my name and gave her my phone number and told her that if I couldn't get a call back in 2 hours don't bother call back. Not even a minute later I got a call from someone calling themselves Porsche telling me that they wouldn't be able to take care of the of the goat. Then of course she hung up on me instead of bothering to let me give her my feedback about the confrontational call that she just made to me over the poor customer service their veterinarian office provides. So I ask you is this the kind of person that you should do business with to take care of your animals?
