Great place to take your pets! All my animals go here. They are very good with animals. Took great care of my new kitten. And my great dane loves tue staff.. very trusting vet. Kinda expensive.. but if you love your pet it's worth the visit.

Awesome Vet and staff! Dr. Altman and team are amazing. We recently had to send our beloved Toby to the Rainbow Bridge. This was the hardest thing we have ever had to do. Dr. Altman was so kind and compassionate, as was her team! She and her team cared for Toby from the time he was a new puppy. They treated him like he was their own and he loved seeing everyone there. The procedure was thoroughly explained and we were given the time we needed to say goodbye and tell Toby how much we loved and appreciated him. We were right there petting Toby and talking to him as Dr. Altman injected the meds. It was our hope that he would pass on peacefully in his sleep and Dr. Altman gave us that gift. Toby even licked her hand as she injected the drug that helped him fall asleep. Afterward, we were permitted to stay in the room with Toby for as long as we needed. Everyone - from the receptionists to the veterinary assistants to the veterinarians - are wonderful. Smiles abound. Their patience is exemplary. They emanate kindness and a true sense of care and compassion.

Dr Snyder is fantastic, she was able to figure out my dogs ongoing problems he has had for months by thinking outside of the box with possible causes for his symptoms and offering diagnostics that no other vet recommended . She will always be my go to for any of my dogs for taking those extra steps to get to the bottom of what was going on, and the level of concern she has. All of the staff is extremely friendly and the environment is clean and welcoming. Highly Recommended

I try to give people/companies the benefit of the doubt. I tried, and I’ve tried for years. This place has done nothing but rope me in for cash numerous times over the years; and it was fine. I brought my cat in for her “yearly” check up just last month; and they gave her a steroid shot (hold on; it gets good) and told us that she would need one every four months because she’s allergic to flees (that we’ve never seen in four years…but they’re there though) so we bought flee medicine because they peer pressured us and insisted that my cat had flees. So, there was no change in her behavior after the first (of monthly) doses. They said that since they are giving her a steroid shot; they shouldn’t do the “distemper” and “rabies” vaccines. They did the yearly visit though and told us to come back in for a “follow up” appointment next month. So today, we are here for our “follow up” appointment; which they referred to as her “yearly checkup” I corrected the woman, and explained she had her “yearly checkup” last month, and we were coming back for a “follow up” appointment. The first woman brushed me off and just agreed. So, we get into the room with our next assistant. She also mentioned that we were here to complete her “yearly checkup” which I once again explained; we were here for a “follow up” appointment. Once again, brushed off. They once again started with their “flee” campaign; telling us how it’s east to be overlooked and we can bring them in on our clothes; etc. (maybe true; but I don’t buy their bullshit jargon) so they’re once again peer pressuring us to buy more flee medicine; and recommended the six pack (yes, open your wallet for us. Swipe that card) we were pressured into giving her another dose; though the first did nothing to change her normal habits. (Must have to be used monthly to actually make a visible difference in her behavior) so, then the nurse in a very condescending manner; explained the importance of bringing in a stool sample. (Not covered under her “yearly visit”… imagine that) she told us “you live around here, right. You can bring the sample up this week”. (This is a 25-30 minute drive just to see them) now remember, it’s still getting good. So, the doctor is now here with the nurse and they’ve commenced the “yearly checkup “ that was only supposed to be a “follow up” for her two shots. And though the doctor talked the entire time she used her stethoscope; she was able to determine that my cat has a “heart murmur” she then told us that it’s a bad idea to do steroid shots and we need to steer clear of them (mind you, this is the same doctor who said she needed a steroid four times a year.) my cat didn’t have a “heart murmur “ last month and then miraculously after she insisted on the steroid; she does? (Sounds like the doctors fault to me) they continue to check my cat for her must needed “yearly checkup” and she is continuing to just play with her lower back, which is making my cat more and more stressed out: I told her that she doesn’t like to be touched that way; and advised against it. (Once was enough, three times was unnecessary, other than the doctors own enjoyment) so, her “yearly checkup “ (I know, that term again?) has concluded; and it’s time to open my wallet for this wonderful veterinary clinic. The receptionist (a new one) is telling us about what was done, etc: and I calmly explained, that she was here one month ago and is only back for a follow up appointment. She declined advising it’s their policy; and last time doesn’t reflect because they need to make sure that cat is in “healthy condition “ before she leaves; so that’s why they had to perform a second assessment. Last month, costs me $175 and today was $135. $310 dollars later, my cat had had two “yearly checkups” a steroid shot, an antibiotic, two sets of flee medication, both her distemper and rabies vaccines; and has developed a new heart murmur in the last month. I felt completely brushed off by the entire staff and all I could see was money signs in their eyes. Also, my Job/DL is absolutely NONE of your business.
