From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, attentive, and truly compassionate. The veterinarian explained every step of the procedure clearly, which gave us so much confidence. My pet is now recovering wonderfully, and I can tell she received the best possible care. Thank you for going above and beyond—this team is truly exceptional!”

The vet is very caring and the prices are excellent. They will even share the prices over the phone. Many vets won't do that. It's easy to find on the Buford hwy behind the statue of Liberty! And they are open until 8 Monday - Friday. I will make them my go to for all my pet needs.

Dr.S and her team are amazing at what they do . She saved my fur babies life and I'm so grateful that I found this place. Affordable pet care and great customer service. This is my new veterinarian and I would definitely recommend 10/10 experience!

Be aware that 1-2 is their lunch so be mindful. came in at 1 but simply waited in the back until they came back ( totally my fault not theirs I didn’t check before hand) Once I came in the service was amazing and communicated with me very throughly. the guy helped me create a new account and explained everything to me with no problem! all the staff was very respectful and treated me and Bella with tons of respect. they care and show passion for the animals, I had to leave Bella for hospitalization over night but I felt comfortable knowing that they will take good care and look out for her while she’s there. the wait was very short and they had apologized for the wait but I was genuinely confused on why when other vets take 10x longer 10/10 and would recommend this for anyone who needs a vet If your worried about prices they will give you an estimate and explain everything thoroughly just don’t be afraid to ask any Questions

Sadly I'm unhappy with the last service that was provided here at this clinic and they have made no attempt to apologize. My dog is prone to ear infections and I was extremely confused as to why. After two back to back visits in regards to her ear and skin, the vet finally took a culture sample to get more information. The results were conclusive and stated that there was a heavy growth of staphylococcus aureus (MRS) and is resistant to many medications. Unfortunately, this information was not delivered to us for a month. We have made several attempts to contact the office only to be put on hold and given the run around. I understand that businesses get swamped, but there was no urgency or a plan of treatment delivered to us in a timely manner which is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I was ignored when trying to resolve the matter privately. A simple acknowledgment, explanation to the delay and apology would have done wonders.
