It has taken time for me to be able write this review. This team made every effort to make sure my fancy mouse was cared for. Finding care for her as an exotic pet was incredibly difficult and I was desperate by the time I found north heights vet. It’s started as a simple infection and progressed so quick I didn’t know how to help. Their team was there every step of the way. Providing care for Marki Mouse but also helping me as well. They always fit her in when needed, last minute or not and made sure her pain was manageable. When it came time to put her down they were incredibly patient and empathetic. They even sent me a card after her passing that each team member signed. Thank you for everything.

North Heights Veterinary Clinic operates as a full-service veterinary clinic, offering an extensive array of services for various types of pets. Their primary focus encompasses dogs and cats, but a notable feature is their expertise in exotic pet care, which is a significant differentiator. The clinic provides routine medical care, which includes wellness exams, vaccinations, and preventative medicine programs designed to keep pets healthy and prevent illnesses. This proactive approach to health is a cornerstone of their service philosophy.
General Medical Care: This includes diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of health conditions, from common ailments to more complex diseases. Their veterinarians are equipped to handle various medical cases, providing thorough examinations and developing personalized treatment plans.

Emergency Treatment: As a comprehensive pet hospital, they are prepared to handle emergency cases for dogs and cats, providing critical care when pets need it most. The thoroughness of examinations by both veterinarians is also a recurring theme in positive feedback, ensuring that pets receive comprehensive and attentive care.
The clinic's mission goes beyond basic medical treatment, aiming to make the veterinary experience comfortable and positive. Feb 01, 2025 · Felicity SalchertMy daughter is allergic to dogs so we are a reptile family. We have seen both Vets here and are very happy + pleased! It’s hard to leave home and move to new Drs/vet’s offices without knowing anyone, but I would give 10 stars if I could. We have taken one of our beardies here in 2024, and a recent budgie rescue the last day of Feb 2025. Very friendly, efficient, caring staff. They’re a Professional service and they typically can get us in within a week when we need in. I know all of our animals are in great care here. Both veterinarians did a thorough exam each time, and I could not be happier. Thank you for all you all do ❤️
Feb 28, 2025 · Emily EllisGreat handling of pets and you can tell every nurse loves animals and their profession. Amazing atmosphere and I didn’t feel judged when asking questions, which I’ve had problems w/ in the past. Highly recommend!!
Mar 08, 2025 · DelilaThe 2 vets I've had are very sweet gentle and caring to my 14 year old shep/rottie mix. And explain things very well. They are also good and coming up with plan specific to my fur baby's needs.
Mar 28, 2025 · Kay ScrutonButtercup had her 1 year wellness visit on 2/21/25 with dr Russo, her assistant Oliva greeted Buttercup with lots of excitement and kindness, the dog really liked her. She also liked dr Russo, she is very good with dogs and took her time and answered questions and gave great service. I would recommend them both for great customer and pet service.
