Despite this efficiency, the hospital aims to practice compassionate pet care, striving to make every pet and owner feel welcome in a comfortable and friendly setting. The facility prides itself on treating furry companions like family members.

Customer reviews highlight a generally positive atmosphere, particularly concerning the veterinarians and their assistants. Dr. Vazquez, the head veterinarian, is consistently praised for being "super knowledgeable," caring, and for prioritizing the pet's best interest without engaging in "price gouging." This suggests a trustworthy and ethical approach to veterinary medicine. His assistants are also noted for being "helpful and nice," contributing to a supportive environment for pets and owners.

However, one review points out that while the medical staff is exemplary, the "front office is not always as approachable." I have been bringing my pets here for decades. Even when I moved to Ventura County, I still brought my cats and dogs here. This place is run like a well-oiled machine. I am so grateful for the great service and equally great prices.

Just upset with today's service. I usually don't post on these things. BUT..... I have been coming to this vet for over 25+ years when it was cared for by his father. And never been treated this rude. But today I went in to pick up some medicine I needed for my cat and requested the printed results of the blood work done. Dr. Joey was very rude because I requested a few minutes of his time. I was told I'm busy I have an emergency he was very short with me. Then when I requested the printout results from the front desk, he told me he wasn't going to give it to me that he already told me what was wrong...that again was very rude. I understand there busy only being open a few hours a day...but we also sit there for hours to be seen. I paid 200 for that blood work test I should be able to get a copy ..I hope It was just a bad day. Still no excuse to treat people that way. Again, I usually don't post on these things....
