I recently brought my 8-month-old Scottish Fold kitten, Sheba, to North Center Animal Hospital for her spay procedure, and I couldn't be happier with the care she received. Dr. Joshua Locher and his team were amazing from start to finish. They took the time to explain the procedure in detail and provided excellent post-operative care instructions. Sheba recovered beautifully without any complications, and I truly felt confident in the hands of the staff throughout the entire process. I highly recommend North Center Animal Hospital for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to pets' well-being!

Our two cats Mattie and Tsuki have been in the care of North Center for nearly five years. The care and attention of the entire staff, Assistants and Doctors is wonderful while you're in the office but it continues with follow up calls if the situation calls for it. Doctor Courtney cares for my daughters cats and the cats of many of our friends. We are all fans.

Tortured and killed my 12 year old Australian Cattle Dog. Left him to see them for a check up in 2020 for kidney issues they were monitoring. We jogged there. He loved running. Wasn't allowed to stay with him because of covid restrictions. When I picked him up 2 hours later, he was clearly in pain and could barely walk on his hind legs. Apparently in order to collect a urine sample they wrestled my elderly dog onto his back and used a needle to draw urine from his bladder. He was never able to run again and struggled to walk. They prescribed him pain meds for his back. Shortly after starting them, he went into full kidney failure. Some googling told me that the pain meds they prescribed had the potential to interact with one of the other medications they had him on to cause kidney damage. He died 11 days later. They were nice enough to *sell* me saline iv bags and needles for me to give him fluids at home while he died. They never apologized for anything. They never showed any remorse or recognition of the harm they caused. I'm sorry, Cooper. I love you.

If you’re looking for a Dr that really cares and will go the extra mile for your pet, I really recommend Dr. Locker. He really explains everything well, and dug deep to figure out what was going on with my dog Betty. Jada the tech was so nice and helpful too. It’s really scary when you think something is going on with your pet, so it’s nice when you feel like they are well cared for and it’s a comfortable appointment.
