Norterra Animal Hospital & Grooming

I just want to write a review to thank you guys for all of the hard work you do. It does not go unnoticed. My boyfriend and I moved out to this side of town 6 months ago, and finding a vet was important because one of our cats is special needs. The first time she was taken to the vet, my boyfriend took her in alone because I was unavailable. He has had horrible experiences at a few different vets, so he hadn’t taken his own cat to get a check up in a long time and was nervous about going in himself. However, he called me immediately after their vet visit and explained to me how impressed he was (I believe he saw Dr. Gold). Dr. Gold and techs were so sweet to her, very patient, and answered every question we had regarding her needs. My boyfriend was so impressed in fact, that he made an appointment for his own cat, which resulted in his cat receiving treatment for ear mites! We had no idea! My personal experience with this vet has been nothing but great as well. Every time I have called in because I need a medication filled, it has been no-questions asked. I am used to taking our special needs cat to speciality vets for her needs, but I have been able to get all of her medication through her primary vet here. Which makes my life 100x easier. Thank you thank you thank you. As someone who has gone to many different vets, I can assure you that Norterra gives excellent care and service. (Bonus cat pics included 😉)

Your office and all the staff were wonderful with Pru! I think she was very comfortable with your staff. She did great with everyone. I thanks you all for the wonderful care and support for her health!

They are A Mazing people and my daughter's pup had swallowed a Rock and we took her in and they were so thorough and very attentive. She ended up needing surgery which was a heavy amount but they were so kind to offer a payment arrangement so we were able to save our baby. Thank you guys from the Top and Bottom of our hearts 💕

Poor experience overall. This is regarding the care of our senior cat. They did not provide much guidance on the medication they had prescribed our cat, and ignored my concern for a recent re-check for him when I called for a re-fill. At the end of his life, they again mislead us when I reached out on concerns of internal bleeding, and this resulted in a lack of treatment/palliative care for him. I only chose this location based on the location. If you want quality care for your pet, look elsewhere. I also brought in a stray kitten for an exam (which I found a rescue for), and was not very impressed with the service received.

We are new patients and had a great experience. The staff and doctor was so kind, understanding and did not make me feel rushed through the appointment. They made me feel as though they really cared about what I was dealing with as a pet owner, and what my little dog was going through health wise. Thank you Dr. Gold!
