If I could give zero Stars I would. I've debated for almost a year as to whether or not I should post my experience with this veterinarian publicly. I was thinking about my sweet Lily a little more often than normal today, and I'm hoping that by posting this I can help another pet parent avoid this office. My beautiful Great Dane Lily was just shy of 3 years old and had been not herself. She has an odor coming from her mouth, low appetite, lethargic, weak, and the lymph nodes in her neck were swollen. She was also bleeding from her nose intermittently. I had taken her to a different veterinarian a few days after the symptoms started (at that time she had not yet had the nose bleeds). The first vet said she thought she just had yeast in her mouth and sent us on our way. After a couple of more days of Lily not improving and actually declining, I started scouring reviews of veterinarians online. I knew in my heart that something was seriously wrong with her and wanted to find someone with experience who I thought would listen and be an advocate for her. Dr. Fleck had great reviews and a lifetime of experience, so I mistakenly thought she would be in good hands. Sadly this was not the case. As I said Lily did not feel well, and was scared and weak. Dr. Fleck came in the room and sat on a stool to examine her. Whan she would not move closer to him for him to examine her mouth, he very roughly grabbed her by the neck and pulled her towards him. I should have left right then. There was zero compassion when examining her, he barely looked in her mouth, and he diagnosed her with a sinus infection. He told me to feed her Vaseline, an over the counter allergy medicine, and gave her a steroid shot. When I asked about how to get her to eat, his response was "she can afford to miss a few meals". Can you imagine as a pet owner watching your dog slowly starving and basically have the vet make fun of their weight as a response? My sweet Lily was dead not even 2 weeks later from an aggressive form of cancer. She had cancerous lesions in the roof of her mouth, and if he had bothered to spend more than 3 minutes examining her he would have seen that. We ended up taking Lily to a different vet just a couple of days after seeing Dr. Fleck as she continued to decline. They did an exam of her mouth under sedation and found the lesions. Nothing at that point could have prevented Lily's passing, her cancer was too far gone, and we were told that when it is in their palette it is basically untreatable. Lily's outcome would have been the same whether or not Dr. Fleck had caught the cancer that day. My issue with him is that someone with that many years of experience SHOULD HAVE KNOWN something was seriously wrong and taken his time with her to correctly diagnose her. I honestly felt like we were a bother to him, and he was completely dismissive of any input I had regarding her situation. No one should be made to feel that way, especially when your fur baby is so sick and you are desperately trying to help them. My experience with him made a terrible situation even worse. Don't make the same mistake I made by trusting his experience. He failed Lily in the worst way possible.

Sep 12, 2024 · Jessica HaleyDr. Fleck and the entire team are wonderful! I can't say enough how awesome they are! I also can't thank them enough for saving my Rottweilers life. She threw out her hip , back and knee (she already had knee replacement on both sides, prior to meeting Dr. Fleck) I spent over $1000 on x-rays and literally held her up as other vets told me there was nothing they could see wrong. Sofia Rose is my baby I was so upset thinking I would have to do what is best for her if her quality of life was gone. I researched and thought I think she is out of place like us humans get occasionally and I started researching dog chiropractic care and found Dr Fleck. He was booked out and initially scheduled out for about a month (of course this happened at Christmas) I called back after we spent Christmas day at a place that shall be nameless and they didn't even see her after 5 hours. Sofia was crying out in pain I called back and told them it was an emergency and they got her in and spent time with us like I had not experienced before at a veterinarian. Taking time to listen and address the concerns and worked to make Sofia comfortable. She is a talker and to my amazement they didn't muzzle her , act fearful or intimidated by her. After receiving the PRP and Prolo therapy Sofia is walking and doing better than I could have expected. They SAVED her life and mine! Thank you will never be enough. It is so wonderful to be able to drop her off for teeth cleaning or go in and be treated so wonderfully and leave not stressed out or anxious. I would recommend Noblesville veterinary 100 times over!!! And so would Sofia!
Jul 20, 2022 · Sarah StrongFound this Vet after a search to relive pain for my elder dog. It took a month to get in, but I held hope my dog would leave with some relief. After checkin we waited 30min to be taken back to a room ( btw who has carpet in vet clinic exam rooms?!!). We sat , unchecked and seemingly unnoticed for 20 more minutes. No one spoke to us after checkin. I could hear vet in room behind me as walls are paper thin. He'd finished w other person and their dog and then he and an employee spoke of schedules and the like. When it was 50 minutes past my appt time I decided to leave. If they have that little respect for my time or compassion for my dog's pain, it's not a place I will patronize. After this and the other negative reviews posted, I question the legitimacy of the glowing reviews .
Aug 07, 2024 · D Dieter BellGreat place to go for veterinarian services. The staff is very polite and friendly. My biggest con for Noblesville Veterinary Clinic is that it feels rushed when the veterinarian is actually in the room. They are in and out so quick and we have yet to be asked if we need flee and tick medicines and had to request blood work for our 13 year old dog. Love the staff but would love a little more feeling like family.
