Dr Usha and her staff take care of their clients like they're family. I can always trust them to tell me all the options not just the ones they think I want. Then I can make an informed decision based on their recommendations. Our recent grooming experience was fantastic as well. So glad I can go somewhere I trust for my dog's non-medical needs as well. Thank you Dr Usha for 15+ years of excellent veterinary care!

I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this place. Dr. K is stern but beyond caring. Listen to her advice! The techs are 10/10 also. You can tell that they genuinely love animals and feel rewarded when they see progress in your animal. I would never ever even consider going anywhere else. They have done wonders for my dog Molly.

The staff is extremely friendly. I like the vet because she is good with my pets, and also very knowledgeable. She comes up with a plan that we can both agree on. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's pricey. Any vet you go to is expensive. But I do trust them with my pets well being.

I consulted Dr. V at Noble West Vet Clinic with my treasured 11-year-old lab a year ago, and it was heartbreaking to discover she had a pyometra after just one set of X-rays. Dr. V's immediate recommendation (and strong suggestion) to euthanize her left me devastated, especially considering my background in healthcare and my commitment to always choosing the most compassionate options for my pets. The interaction felt distant, with only a brief conversation before a vet tech discussed euthanasia options, yet it seemed premature, as they didn't have all the details to make such a permanent decision. It became apparent that I couldn't fully trust their judgment, as they may not have been equipped to assess situations accurately. Fortunately, I followed my instincts and sought a second opinion from Jansen Veterinary Clinic. The new vet conducted a compassionate and thorough assessment using ultrasound, obtaining a clearer set of x-rays after acknowledging the previous ones were unclear. They took the time to walk me through every detail. Today, with my 12-year-old lab healthy and content by my side, I'm profoundly thankful for that decision. Jansen Vet Clinic competently performed a successful and what they considered a routine operation, allowing my beloved pet to thrive. I cannot stress enough the lack of compassion I felt that day, especially as a person who has seen many vets in several states over the years due to our professions. If I had listened to Dr. V (but mostly her vet tech, since she didn’t care enough to come back in), I would not be snuggling with my girl today. I cannot recommend Jansen Vet Clinic enough because if not for the care and compassion they showed not only Hattie but myself, I would not be writing this today.

I came here today with my pet rabbit and the staff was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! They were able to get me in so quickly and set up affordable meds for my bunny. It is difficult to find vets that will treat rabbits in the area, so happy to have stumbled upon this animal hospital!
