The staff at Noah's ark are so kind and friendly. When I rescued my dog a year ago they were able to get him the care he needed right away and even helped me work with the rescue to cover part of the cost for treatment. Since then we have loved coming back for any of our medical needs and have received excellent care each time!

Feb 17, 2025 · Sarah NittiThe staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They got us in the same day. And they have experience with geckos where other places don't see reptiles. We will be back!
Apr 09, 2025 · Michelle MaddoxWe have lived in St Louis for eight years as of June 2025. Seven of those eight years Noah's Ark has been our trusted, go to veterinarian. Dr. Fahnestock, Cyndi - Clinic Mgr, Victoria - Receptionist, Carol, Caylia, Janessa, Scott, Nikki - Tech &/or Assistants are an amazing, kind, compassionate, respectful, and loving team. They care for our doggos with skill and the most amazing attention to detail. Here you are never rushed and things are always explained in terms we can understand. These folks are simply the most amazing, special people there are. Trust them, you won't regret it.
Feb 06, 2025 · Dogs of House WarrenWe bring all of our pets here. The staff is the friendly staff around. It seems like they all really love their jobs. I have been to animal hospitals where the staff seem like they are only interested in getting a pay check. That’s not the case here they really seem to love animals.
Mar 03, 2025 · James BroylesI took the very loved family dog to Noah's Ark last Wed because she was having seizures. They suggested blood work to start testing to find the issue causing the seizers .We were told the results should take 24 hours to come in . It's cheaper and quicker to send the blood out for testing... Not sure how but they are the experts... Thursday there was no call. Friday after we called the vet, we were told the vet was off and she had to read the results... Call back on Monday.... "I just got off thier web site. . They are open on Saturdays...I guess Saturday isn't a good time to give out blood work either? Call on Monday?" Our dog didn't get better. She is now not able to stand up. If you touch her she cries. . 5 days after coming in for help the first time. I've now got an animal I can't transport. Information on or before Saturday would of been helpful. I called immediately Monday morning and left a message. I went to the vets office. Since it's a holiday and maybe they weren't even open. After the weekend we had with the dog. Kids have to watch her suffer. Between convulsions, speratic behavior and losing her bowels on our carpet. We already know the results before the blood test comes back are dire and we need to take immediate action for the dogs comfort. Tests need to be done to take action When I walked in I asked for a refund on the blood work that I still hadn't gotten from them. . They now tell me the tests didn't come in until Saturday.. Which is odd because the phone call on Friday it was mentioned how the paper work was there. Just no very to read it.. They can't refund money for tests. It takes 2 to 3 business days before tests come back. . Not only was 2 to 3 business days not mentioned. It was stated to be 24 hours. After the initial interaction on this Monday morning. The tests results were then handed to me. They were not read to me.... The second woman I talked with didn't appreciate my attitude. She told me as much.. . So I mentioned how me and my family didn't appreciate any of this and the truth is I am holding the tests results the vet was supposed to read to us. . If the vet techs can't tell us the results last week when we asked for it. Why am I holding them?. Her attitude changed a bit. . She offered helpful words to get the dog in the vehicle to transport. . "Maybe you can ask someone to help you?" 46 years on this earth. I don't need an "expert" to tell me to ask someone for help. I need a legitimate answer. . Unreal..... We are going elsewhere for the euthanasia.... This has been torture to watch and deal with for the family. I 100% feel this could and should of been handled much better. . Most of the staff was nice. Does nothing for the family dog and her well being
