Very expensive place for a vet visit. Also I've repeatedly had to ask for my dogs nails to be trimmed and they kept forgetting. They also forgot to give us any take home meds/prescriptions and his leash. I understand they are busy but they called me stating my dog was ready for pick up, I came to pick him up and had to wait 20 minutes to get him and they had forgotten some of the services we requested. They stated they didn't have the time, even with the appointment being scheduled in advance. It could have been a miscommunication but twice is too many times for us.

Nov 27, 2024 · D WilsonIF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. I left my two dogs with them for 16 nights. Prior to that I took them to the vet to get vaccines and was told they were in good health for their age. I was scheduled to pick them up on October 5 but I paid for an extra day so I picked them up on October 6. When I picked them up, both of my dogs wouldn’t eat and one was very lethargic and couldn’t walk straight. I called the manager at Noah’s Ark and asked when was the last time they ate. The manager told me the last time they were fed or let out was on Friday October 4. I asked who was in charge of taking care of my dogs and could not get a straight answer. One of my dogs eventually began to eat but my other never got back to normal. He can’t eat or walk. I took him back to the vet and was told that he has a wire in his stomach and must be euthanized. I called Noah’s Ark again and asked how this could happend but I couldn’t get an honest answer. I BELIEVE I WAS BEING LIED TO. I think the staff a Noah’s Ark had something to do with my dog’s death. I paid almost $2000 just for them to NOT feed my pets. They are very unorganized and either don’t keep track of who is working with the pets or just try to cover up their neglect. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO Noah’s Ark and I encourage you to do your research before trusting these people with your pets and your money.
Nov 12, 2024 · Melane FulksTook my 14-year-old cat here due to old age complications, and they wanted me to take my cat to a cardiologist for about $3000 then $1000 for xrays and pain meds, or It was put my cat down for $300. I wanted to take him home to pass peacefully, but later that night, animal control was called to my residence for animal suffering. Worst place ever to go. Never again
Jan 30, 2025 · J WI absolutely love this place. They have always treated my dogs as family, their staff is always friendly and they are very helpful. Update: We are still using this facility. Over the years they helped us through a very difficult situation with our 13 year old mastiff and have continued to give great care to our other mastiff.
