DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give no stars, I would. Ever since the previous vet sold the business, they have been a horrible establishment. They ABANDONED my dog when I was waiting for a call back from a surgeon. They didn't even give me a call to let me know. My appointment was on 1/20/25. I expressed concern that I kept asking for things that the Dr said he would tell the staff to get me. He also walked out when I was asking questions. What kind of Dr does that? On 1/24/25, I received a letter saying they would not work with us. They didn't even call. I would never recommend this business to anyone. This was such an incredible office under the previous Dr. Now they will abandon your dog when they need surgery if you ask for a second opinion, medical records, or voice concerns. This surgery costs thousands. I'm not going to blindly pay that when X-rays do not show ligaments! What is so ironic is my dog was scared of the Dr. My pug is so loving and will go up to everyone and anyone. I should have known the treatment we would receive based on her reaction. We had another incident a few months before where my pug had a UTI. The Dr said he would call me with the results. Did I receive a call? Nope! I had to call them repeatedly! I then found an email in my spam from him with the results. They will not communicate in a professional sense. All they want is YOUR MONEY. If your dog stays sick or injured, they guarantee business. What sucks is I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with their staff. This Dr is going to destroy this business. If I could save one pet owner from having to go through the horrors of this place, I will consider it a win. Find a Dr who will love and care for your animal. Do not go somewhere that will abandon them in their time of need.

Welcome to Noah's Ark Animal Hospital
Welcome to a detailed introduction of Noah's Ark Animal Hospital, located at 422 N Euclid St, Fullerton, CA 92832, USA. As a local pet hospital serving the Fullerton community, Noah's Ark Animal Hospital can be reached at (714) 525-2202 or via their mobile number, +1 714-525-2202. It is important to note that recent customer reviews indicate a significant shift in the hospital's operations and service quality following a change in ownership.
Information regarding the physical environment of Noah's Ark Animal Hospital is limited in the provided reviews. Typically, a pet hospital includes examination rooms for veterinary consultations, surgical suites for medical procedures, areas for housing and recovery of animals, and potentially diagnostic imaging facilities and an in-house laboratory. While one review refers to it as a "nice small neighborhood animal hospital," the other, more critical review does not comment on the physical space. Potential clients may want to visit the facility to assess the environment for themselves.
Based on the customer reviews, Noah's Ark Animal Hospital offers services such as spaying, including the option of laser surgery for potentially faster healing. They also appear to handle consultations and potentially more complex surgical cases, as indicated by the mention of a mass removal surgery recommended by another veterinarian. A comprehensive pet hospital typically provides a wider range of services, which may include:
- General wellness examinations and vaccinations to ensure preventative health care.
- Dental care services, including teeth cleaning, extractions, and oral health assessments.
- A variety of surgical procedures, from routine spays and neuters to more complex soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries.
- Diagnostic services, such as laboratory testing (blood work, urinalysis), X-rays, and possibly ultrasound.
- Treatment for various illnesses and injuries, including medication and supportive care.
- Preventative medicine, including parasite control and nutritional counseling.
- Management of chronic conditions.
- Potentially, emergency and urgent care services, although recent reviews raise concerns about the level of care in critical situations.
To obtain a complete and current list of the services offered at Noah's Ark Animal Hospital under the new management, direct contact is advisable.
The features of Noah's Ark Animal Hospital, as perceived by recent customers, present a stark contrast. One positive review highlights the convenience of a same-day spay cancellation, the availability of laser surgery for quicker healing, and describes the hospital as "top notch." This reviewer specifically praises the services received for their pet Coco. However, a significantly negative review paints a very different picture, alleging serious issues with the new management. Key concerns raised include the perceived abandonment of a dog awaiting a surgeon's call back, a lack of professional communication (failure to return calls, walking out during questions, communication via spam email), and a focus on financial gain over patient care. This reviewer also mentions a reluctance to provide medical records or address concerns, leading to a dismissal of their business. The stark difference in these experiences suggests a potential inconsistency in the quality of care and customer service under the new ownership.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the given reviews. The positive review mentions paying an extra $20 for laser treatment, which could be considered an optional service upgrade rather than a general promotion. Pet hospitals sometimes offer introductory discounts for new clients, seasonal specials on vaccinations or other services, or loyalty programs. Without any such information in the provided reviews, it is not possible to comment on any current promotions at Noah's Ark Animal Hospital. Local users interested in such offers should inquire directly with the hospital.
Based on the recent customer reviews, Noah's Ark Animal Hospital appears to be an establishment undergoing significant changes following a sale of the business. While one customer reports a positive experience with efficient service and the option of laser surgery, another detailed account raises serious concerns about the standard of care, communication practices, and the overall professionalism of the new management. The allegations of abandoning a pet in need of surgery, unprofessional communication, and prioritizing financial gain are particularly troubling for pet owners seeking a trustworthy and caring veterinary provider.
For local users in Fullerton and the surrounding areas considering Noah's Ark Animal Hospital for their pet care needs, it is crucial to carefully consider both the positive and negative feedback. The stark contrast in experiences suggests that the quality of service may be inconsistent or that significant changes in operational practices have occurred. Potential clients may want to proceed with caution, perhaps seeking more recent reviews from various platforms to gain a broader understanding of the current situation at the hospital. Visiting the facility in person to assess the environment and interact with the current staff and veterinarian could also provide valuable insights. Asking detailed questions about their protocols, communication practices, and approach to patient care is highly recommended.
In conclusion, Noah's Ark Animal Hospital in Fullerton is a pet hospital currently operating under new management. While it has received a positive review highlighting efficient service and specialized treatment options like laser surgery, a concerning negative review alleges serious issues with patient care, communication, and professionalism. Local pet owners should carefully weigh these contrasting experiences and conduct thorough due diligence before entrusting their pets' health to this facility. Contacting Noah's Ark Animal Hospital directly at (714) 525-2202 or +1 714-525-2202 to discuss their current practices and address any concerns would be a prudent step for anyone considering them as their veterinary care provider.

Feb 05, 2025 · Vannie ColonTook my fur baby here to get spayed. They have you come to an appt for a consultation so the vet can meet your dog. I came to the appt and they had a same day cancellation, so they were able to spay her that day! It was amazing and worked out so well. I paid $20 extra for their laser treatment so help her heal faster and I swear she was healed pretty much within a few days! I don't think she even needed the medication I bought for her to come home with. This place is a nice small neighborhood animal hospital and top notch! Thank you for your services for my Coco.
Jul 23, 2024 · Courtney PablikI am very picky with my vet and I almost did not want to write this review for the sake of keeping this vet as not as busy as possible for my own good. But they deserve this honest review. And no, this is not for the “free nail trim” for writing a review. My cat doesn’t need nail trims. I have visited this vet for a few years now (maybe about 5+ visits). Every single encounter was beyond expectations. The reception, tech, and vets are professional, kind, and caring. I believe my first few visits were while there was an ownership change going on. Because I remember my appointments with an older gentleman vet, middle aged woman vet (I think it was Dr. Starr), and Dr. Jung. I think the term “ownership change” never has a good connotation, but not in this case. All three vets were amazing and professional. I can truly sense that all the vets actually cared. One of the visit was due to my cat’s squinting eye. I had two trips due to this and it was resolved after the second visit (Dr. Jung tried different methods and antibiotics). My cat is 15 and they never try to push any unnecessary exams, vaccines, or try to sell anything. They recommend what is needed and is good for your pet. Noah’s Ark Animal Hospital has my full trust and I will never take my cat anywhere else. I had some unpleasant experiences at other vets and I just wish I found Noah’s Ark sooner. Thank you to all staff and Dr. Jung. -Sarah, Matt, and Honey the cat
Dec 16, 2023 · S CThe integrity and care that I received from Dr Starr and Jessica is above and beyond amazing. I highly recommend Noah’s Ark animal clinic hospital for all your needs. I’ve been bringing my cat here for over 15 years and I just love love love them and sodas Mozart. He recently needed to get shaved as his long hair had gotten out of hand. It was traumatic for both of us. But Jessica handled it like a champ! Thanks again guys
Apr 08, 2023 · Isabella Stoloff-GuerreroTLDR- I had an extremely disappointing experience bringing my dog in for a spay surgery at this clinic, despite reading positive reviews beforehand. My dog was returned to me in an unsanitary condition, covered in dried feces, and the staff were unhelpful and made me uncomfortable when trying to settle her after the procedure. They also charged me twice for a test, failed to provide the results, and pressured me into unnecessary treatments. I felt that they cared more about upselling than my pet’s well-being. I am so disappointed in the service I received taking my dog to be spayed here. It’s so disappointing because I read positive reviews. Upon picking up my dog, the nurses told me my dog was suffering from diarrhea due to either stress or parasites. They informed me to do a fecal test and prescribed antibiotics. When I picked up my dog she came out smelling like poop, and to my dismay was covered in dried and crusted fecal all over her paws her fur on her body and tail. I was shocked no one bothered to clean her up. As I left the offices and tried to settle my distressed dog in the car to go home, one of the nurses ran out after me and told me they forgot to charge me for the fecal test. She stood watching as I was trying to situate my pet and calm my pet down in the car as if she was expecting me to drop everything and pull out my payment. I told her I will be in shortly as soon as I put my pet in the car and yet she continued to stand there and watch me as I struggled to put my pet in the car as if I was a felon who going to leave without paying. She didn’t bother to help or at least give me space to situate my pet. It made me extremely uncomfortable and rushed. I had to repeatedly ask for a moment to place my pet in the car before she would head back inside. When I went back inside to pay, I asked for an itemized receipt to be emailed to me. Not only did they fail to send it until I had to follow up, but I also discovered they had already charged me for the fecal test, meaning I was charged twice… and put me in such an uncomfortable position. To make matters worse, they never even provided the results of the test!!!!!!! Yet, they pushed antibiotics on me, implying my dog might have parasites, even though the diarrhea was likely due to stress.I didn’t want to give my dog unnecessary antibiotics but took the medicine in the chance she did have parasites as they made it seem like it would be difficult to obtain this prescription after the fecal test results came back. This whole experience has left me feeling like the clinic is more focused on making money than on the actual well-being of pets. They overcharged me, pressured me into unnecessary treatments, and provided substandard care for my dog. I won’t be returning and would advise others to be cautious.
