I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Noah’s Ark and Dr. Todd. We just moved here from Indiana and my dog needed his Cytopoint shot and also had a rash over his body. Dr. Todd came in quickly with very minimal wait and was able to work with him even though he has extreme stranger anxiety due to being abused. He figured out the diagnosis quickly and was able to get him his allergy shot and we were out the door. Price was very reasonable. We will be coming here again and requesting Dr. Todd for our veterinary care from now on.

Oct 17, 2024 · Rachel BoggusI have a puppy that at 8 weeks old got a horribly bad infection in his left eye that caused his eye to rupture so he had to have it removed. I came into Noah's Ark scared and worried for my baby. The staff here was prompt on getting him the card he needed and counseled me on different options available. They got him on some medication to help him feel a little better and into surgery the next morning. The feeling of knowing my baby was in good hands stayed with me the whole time he was in the hospital, and I knew he was being loved on by the staff as well. The people that work at the West Chester location are amazing people, and even though it's a little bit of a drive for me I won't take little Oliver anywhere else. He is now about 10 weeks old and has all of his spunk back plus some. He's happy, and doing very well. I truly believe that if he didn't receive the care he needed at the time he would've died, so I am very grateful to the staff for saving my baby. This is in my opinion the best Animal Hospital I have ever visited. I'm posting photos of Oliver before and after. ***(Some people may find the photos disturbing)***
Jul 15, 2023 · Beth CliftonOur family has used this clinic for many years now. We have watched most of our pets have their first visit to their last here at Noah’s ark. I don’t feel that I could really say enough good things about the majority of the staff. I do want to mention doctor Todd with our most recent experience. We found out our six month old puppy had severely under developed kidneys. He became very sick very quickly. The entire experience was truly heart breaking. Dr.Todd showed us real compassion. We will take that experience with us for the rest of our lives for many reasons but I will remember some of the words he said to us for a lifetime as well. I think we often forget how much the losses also affect the staff members who come to love our pets too. I want to thank Dr.Todd for trying everything he could to save our little man Ripp and for showing us genuine compassion in such a vulnerable time. We will continue to use Noah’s ark in the future knowing that they have treated our pets with the best care from beginning to end.
Oct 28, 2023 · Sarah BeinI use to love this vet, but within the last few years they hired new doctors and that's the moment I should have left. I take my dogs to the vet every year they are due for vaccinations and they do the exam, shots, the whole 9 yards. 3 months after my dog's yearly exam I noticed she had stopped eating hard food but she would gladly eat anything soft. I took her back to the vet to be seen. As soon as the doctor looked in her mouth and at her there she said oh yeah she has a Extreme case of gum disease and another infection. She said she needs a dental procedure ASAP cause she is in extreme pain. I was shocked and stressed. I didn't know what to do, they said they needed to do the blood work now cause it needs to be scheduled. I didn't know what to do, so I said yeah go ahead. They take her back for her blood test and tell me to schedule her procedure with the front desk. For something that needed to be done "asap" they claimed they couldn't get her in for 7 weeks. At this point I already paid $115 for the blood work so I just went with it. I dropped my dog off the morning of her procedure by 7 am. I wait all day for an update and never heard anything. I ended up calling them around 4:30 pm and they said she was finishing up in surgery and I couldn't pick her up till at least 7:30 pm. I go to pick her up and the lady takes me back to this little closet room with maybe 6 cages in it. I see my dog with a cone on her head. She's absolutely COVERED in blood. Her mouth, her neck, even the cone was covered in dry blood. I pick my dog up and I immediately gag. She smelled so bad. The lady told my partner to take the cone off her, that she didn't need it. The cone was only on her to protect THEM just in case my dog tried to bite them. I was fighting back the tears cause the condition my dog was in, "treat your pet just like our own" my ass. They begin to go over papers with me and they show me this diagram of a dog's moth and 8 teeth where highlighted, I initially thought okay That's what they pulled, nope, that's what she had left. They pulled 35 out of 42 teeth. As I've stated, I keep up with my my dog's medical needs, they never said a word to me about her having a gum disease. The disease was so bad that she lost almost all her teeth. Either they don't care and half ass the exam, or their doctors don't know what their doing because this all should have been caught in the early stages, it wasn't caught until I took her in asking about her teeth. They gave my god a chewable pain medicine.. for a dog that has little to no teeth, and the best part is, in the care instructions they never told me I had to flush her gums 3 times a day. If I didnt do my own home care research I wouldn't have even known and my dog's mouth would have became infected and could have killed her. I will never return to this establishment and I will highly recommend people to NOT go here.
Jan 30, 2025 · Megan HaunBuyer beware. They are currently short staffed and have been so for months. I waited an hour and 45 minutes in the waiting room. The female doctor ordered a heartworm test without my permission (which she said she would give me a refund for). She said in general when we talk blood tests we do this test. I would check your invoice very carefully, if I did not they would have charged me $36 for something that I did not ask for. I asked to have my 13 year old collie examined for arthritis, she refused to touch her and said she had to do special tests in back. She never came back with any results yet I paid for the exam. I asked for the same eye drops (neomycin) that my dog had in the past. The vet said it had a steroid and needed a special test in order to receive the drops again. They did the test, i was sent home with neomycin gel which is very difficult for my dog to take. The Dr. told me she would not take the gel back (1 hour after I left and unpoened) but I can come back and buy the drops. Chloe was also under prescribed Apoquel as she weighed 58 pounds which is close to the weight cut off for the specific prescribed amount. I watched her kick, scratch and bite herself in misery for a month because of the incorrect prescription amount. They are so busy and understaffed with Drs that they made multiple bad decisions. I had been a customer for 12 years and today is my last visit. The vet means well but I would not trust her with a pet spider.
