Avoid this vet. On multiple occasions they have overprescribed, misdiagnosed and attempted to push payment plans and monthly "subscriptions" for animal care. Additionally, they have refused to write a prescription they would not be filling themselves, which is illegal. I have filed a complaint with the relevant state board via their issuer number and I advise you do too.

Avoid this location at all costs—go to the Florence location instead. The staff here are not only unprofessional but their incompetence could jeopardize your pet’s health. My dog is prescribed a medication to be administered 1-2 times daily, depending on need. I followed this guidance precisely, giving her the medication twice daily during periods of stress and travel, as recommended. However, when I attempted to refill her prescription after 20 days, I was told it could not be refilled before 30 days, despite the prescription explicitly stating “1-2 times daily.” My initial call was handled by Jenn, who inaccurately claimed, “I can’t prescribe this because of the days.” When I asked whether she was a veterinarian or a front desk assistant—an entirely reasonable question given the context—Jenn became defensive and accused me of being rude. She then threatened to hang up, which I have recorded. When I requested to speak with someone else, I was transferred to Brittany. While slightly more polite, Brittany also refused to let me speak directly to the veterinarian and continued to provide incorrect and contradictory information. The staff claimed the medication should be given only “as needed,” yet this was never communicated to me. Furthermore, during periods of stress, my dog requires the medication daily. For instance, the refill history clearly reflects this: refills occurred on September 5th, October 25th, and November 26th—indicating that the medication is used situationally, not arbitrarily. I even asked if the vet could make a one-time exception and issue a new prescription reflecting my dog’s current usage during the holidays. Brittany responded that doing so would be “falsifying records”—an absolutely absurd and insulting accusation. Suggesting that I would advocate falsification of records over a basic prescription for my dog is both insulting and unprofessional. In desperation, I went to the Florence location, where the staff refilled the prescription without issue. This confirmed my suspicion that Jenn’s reaction stemmed from bruised ego, not professional integrity. Her inability to separate her emotions from her responsibilities as a veterinary professional is unacceptable. The staff at this location have demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, basic customer service skills, and medical competence. If you value your pet’s health, take your business elsewhere. Response to front desk response: After hearing from several people that this is common practice for your office, I decided to file a claim with the Ohio Veterinary Board, who was very helpful in seeing that this- again- was an error on your end. Your office promised an apology that I’m still waiting for when you called me after this Google review response. I guess you do not want that phone call public but it was submitted to the case with the Ohio Veterinary Board filed on behalf of myself and over fifty other people. Animal abuse at the hands of medical professionals for animals is apprehensible. Again, it’s worth mentioning that Noah’s Ark Florence genuinely did not understand the issue and filled the prescription that day. This was an ego issue with the terrible front desk because I asked if she was a vet when she was telling how to manage medications- an appropriate question when someone is (illegally I might add) giving you medical advice for your dog.

This location made me feel welcome, comfortable, and educated by the time I left. I made the appointment online and check in was simple. The staff truly loves the pets they care for.

Excellent care of our 4 legged family member. We drive by 3 other clinics, one of them a Noah's arc to get to the one in Sharonville. Not saying anything bad about any of them, just touched by the care we get in Sharonville.

I recently had to take my dog here for a second opinion. I am SO thankful for the care and attention to detail that the Noah’s Ark staff and vet took to get my sick dog diagnosed and treated ASAP. We will be regulars from now on!
