I can’t say enough good things about Noah’s Ark Animal Clinic on Colerain Avenue. After years of struggling to get effective treatment for my dog elsewhere, I brought him here—and the difference was immediate. Dr. Emily Robinson took the time to truly understand his needs, and for the first time, he’s receiving proper care. His arthritis and skin issues are being managed, and he’s finally comfortable and no longer in pain. They also helped me find affordable options, including price matching through Chewy, which made a big difference. I’m so grateful for Dr. Robinson’s compassionate, thorough, and honest approach. The office staff has been very supportive and helpful as well! Highly recommend!

Noah's Ark Animal Clinic of Colerain Introduce

Welcome to the introduction of Noah's Ark Animal Clinic of Colerain, a Pet Hospital located at 6340 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45239, USA. Serving the local community, Noah's Ark Animal Clinic of Colerain offers a range of veterinary services for your beloved animal companions. This Pet Hospital aims to provide essential medical care for pets in the Cincinnati area, addressing both routine and more complex health needs.

Based on the available customer reviews, the environment at Noah's Ark Animal Clinic of Colerain has both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the clinic is noted for being conveniently located for some residents. However, one reviewer mentioned that the examination rooms are "kind of small" and the waiting room floor is "very slippery and wide open," potentially causing stress for animals due to a lack of privacy and interactions with other pets. This could be a factor for pet owners with anxious or reactive animals to consider. While cleanliness is not explicitly commented on, these observations suggest a functional but perhaps not optimally spacious or private setting for pets awaiting care.

Noah's Ark Animal Clinic of Colerain offers a range of veterinary services, as indicated by the experiences shared in the reviews. These include basic preventative care such as puppy shots, as well as diagnostic services like X-rays. One particularly positive review highlights the effective treatment provided by Dr. Emily Robinson for a dog with long-standing arthritis and skin issues. According to this customer, Dr. Robinson took the time to understand the dog's needs and implemented a care plan that resulted in significant improvement, with the dog finally becoming comfortable and pain-free. This suggests a veterinarian who is thorough, honest, and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being, taking a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment.

The clinic also demonstrates a willingness to work with pet owners on the financial aspects of care, as mentioned in the positive review. Dr. Robinson reportedly helped the owner find affordable options, including price matching through online pharmacies like Chewy. This indicates a commitment to making necessary treatments accessible to pet owners, which is a valuable feature for those concerned about the cost of veterinary care.

However, another reviewer expressed feeling "a little rushed" during their visits and noted a strong focus on selling flea treatment, even when their pets did not have fleas. This perception of being rushed could be a concern for pet owners who prefer more extended consultation times to discuss their pet's health in detail. The feeling that the staff might be "somewhat overworked" and rushing clients in and out once called could also impact the overall experience, potentially leaving owners feeling that their concerns were not fully addressed.

Despite the concerns about feeling rushed, the staff is described as "friendly and knowledgeable." This is a positive aspect, suggesting that while they may be busy, they possess the necessary expertise to provide care. However, the potential impact of being overworked on the quality of interaction with pet owners is something to consider.

In terms of features, the presence of Dr. Emily Robinson, who is praised for her thorough, honest, and compassionate approach, stands out as a significant positive. Her ability to effectively manage chronic conditions and her willingness to help find affordable treatment options are valuable assets of this Pet Hospital. The clinic's location is also a feature of convenience for nearby residents.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available online for Noah's Ark Animal Clinic of Colerain. However, the positive experience shared by one customer regarding the effective management of their dog's chronic conditions and the assistance with finding affordable medication options could be considered an implicit benefit for potential clients. The mention of price matching through Chewy is a concrete example of how they may help pet owners manage the costs of ongoing care.

The closest veterinarian to where I live I have taken my dogs there several times Thankfully not for anything too important just basic shots for my puppy and x-rays. I do feel a little rushed and they focus too much on trying to selling flea treatment even though my pets didn't have fleas the rooms are kind of small and the waiting room floor is very slippery and wide open so the animals do not have any privacy and bark at each other. I also feel that the staff is somewhat overworked as they rush you in and out once you are called. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but feel that they are overworked by the amount of animals that they see everyday.

They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The service is usually quick and easy and I appreciate that they care for my little pup as if she was their own. The doctors were very patient with all of my questions each visit as I have a new puppy. They were great with recommendations on training techniques to ensure success in enhancing my puppy's relationship and confidence with me.

Great experience here during our emergency visit. Our normal vet was closed when our Pomeranian suddenly started bleeding from his eye which was very scary because he’s just a puppy. (He’s okay now and we have medicine to treat his injury.) Called several local veterinary practices in the area and couldn’t get through on the first 3 places. When the receptionist from Noah’s Ark answered she was very friendly and calm and helped us set up a visit. We got text updates about our place in line during our drive over which was pretty nice. When we arrived they were so nice to us and we were in a room in less than 10 minutes I think (impressive for a vet in general but doubly so considering we were not established patients and it was an emergency visit). The vet tech was so sweet and gentle with our pup and she was very professional. The doctor was great, he fixed up our dog and we felt comfortable and informed the entire time. Whole staff was wonderful, we’re very grateful for their efforts and their hard work. Facility was very clean and prices seemed fair. Front door is handicapped accessible and the waiting room is large enough to accommodate wheelchair/motorized access.

Terrible service. I went in for my puppy’s second set of shots and checked in at NOON then were “next in line” at 3p we ended up not getting a room or being seen by a doctor until 4:30p. After my puppy got her shots we ended up leaving at 5 with a $120 bill. Around 7:45 we notice my dog has a huge lump on her shoulder where they did her injection. We called up there and they told us to bring her in. As soon as we go in they took her back and just started giving her injections WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION or CONSENT. We then asked the doctor how much this was going to cost and she literally says “a couple bucks” total ended up being $96. They charged us ANOTHER exam fee after being there for over two hour earlier as well as 2 $32 injections they decided to give her without our permission. We went back in to speak with the doctor because we were very confused but she would not come out to speak to us. I have always had bad experiences here but this did it for me.
