Great vet to take your pet. Service is great. Most of the staff are pleasant. My last experience with the front desk could have been better. I set up an appointment after a cancelation happened and I was told on the Otto app that my appointment would be 9:30 am. Next day I get a call at 8:40 am asking where I am and was told in a rude tone that my appointment was 8:30 am and not 9:30 am. I rushed in and during check-in showed the receptionist (the one I spoke to on the phone) the screenshot of the Otto conversation that showed 9:30 am. Never got an apology, just said "Well we'll have to check in on that disconnect." However, despite this, this is a great place and the doctors and staff are really wonderful. My wife's dog always gets top notch care.

Made an appointment for a cat visit, 2 weeks ahead, then called and confirmed that they had the pet on their schedule and even forwarded the vaccine records. Somehow on the day of an appointment, they said they didn’t have a record of us calling or booking an appointment and that there was nothing they could do. Hows that even possible??They offered to reschedule at another date, unsure when?? Additionally, the front desk person was very rude and defensive. She had a bad attitude from the start. Not sure if its her baseline or she just had a bad day. Very disappointing experience.

Honestly for our family it's a 1 hour plus drive, and I wouldn't go anywhere but here. They are exceptional and caring. I received calls everyday why my dog was hospitalized there. Updating his well being and just generally letting me know my best buddy was doing A ok ! Doctor Greenberg is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. So professional and knowledgeable. We thank you Newtown Vet staff. We're back on the trails and loving it.

My 1st time going here with our new great dane puppy. The staff was so friendly. The vet was wonderful, helpful and answered all of my questions. We had a great experience.

Made an appointment on Wednesday, gave all the information and had previous vet records emailed. Showed up on the day of the appointment, the red haired receptionist said they didn’t have the appointment in the system. She had the worst attitude and basically yelled at me for asking why they did not have the appointment. Not recommended.
