Reception staff is incredibly rude. I was recommended a laundry list of services through an automated message, including a senior profile which was weird as my cat is only 3 and not a "senior" by any means. I booked an appointment for a wellness and called to ask about the senior profile. I was absolutely floored by how rude, defensive and confrontational the woman working reception was. The veterinary staff is extremely dismissive as well. My cat was coughing and wheezing multiple times a day so I brought him in for a sick visit and was recommended an antibiotic shot for him, and to come back for an x ray if the cough persisted- which it did. I brought him back and they refused to x ray, instead suggesting a steroid and second round of antibiotics. His cough persisted so I sent him in for a 3rd visit and the vet was extremely dismissive and almost annoyed at us for returning, saying there was clearly nothing wrong except for allergies... I don't understand why they did any treatment at all if they thought it wad allergies the whole time. Money hungry, bad care, just not worth your time. Save your money and go to a better office.

Dr. Wendy is our saving grace. She has been wonderful to everyone of my fur babies. Michelle the groomer, I can actually say that she is very wonderful and Parker loves going to her. Thank you to everyone there for all your wisdom kindness and hard work from the bottom of our hearts.

Had a good experience at Newton Falls Animal Hospital. The staff was friendly and made the visit easy, even with my 11-month-old daughter there. My Bernedoodle, Rocky, seemed comfortable and not stressed, which is really important to me. The prices felt fair for the service, and overall, it was a smooth and positive visit. I’d recommend them to a friend and look forward to them being Rocky’s permanent vet.

Needed to bring my Dog in because he was getting a funky smell from his ears, the lady at the desk was very rude, said that I would need to bring him in for a wellness check first because its been over a year since they seen him, It was barely over a year since last time I brought him in. Asked how much wellness check would be they told me 140.00 and the lady at desk was rude about it. I do not understand why would I need to bring my dog in every year he is healthy. I do not have that kind of money. Seems like a shady way to make customers pay more. Found a better place at Lordstown Vet Clinic. They were super nice there, and they were able to get me right in so I guess it was a good thing this happend.

Do not take your animal here, it’s all about money. If you choosing this place because they close to you it’s not worth it. If your pet has an emergency, do not count on this place. I literally called them begging them if I could bring my cat in. Because he was dieing. The ladies working desk treated me like I was a nuisance. I lost my cat today because I could not make it all the way to girard. The lady pretty much told me they to busy today the vet would not be able to get me in till 4pm it was 11am when I called and I begged her to let me bring him in. I will never forget this and the lack of compassion. The lady was not even willing to look up the Girard phone number for me ? I do not understand how somebody that works for a veterinarian office can lack so much compassion. Do not use this vet they do not care about you or your pet. I will love you forever buddy you will be missed. Life will not be same without you !
