Within the last two or three years of bringing my cats here, the quality in every aspect of this place has gone down so much while the prices increased. Their "membership" is inherently a scam. The dental portion of my plan was set to expire next month and would no longer be included in the renewal unless I wanted to pay extra (shocker) so I scheduled a cleaning for my cats during my last visit a few weeks ago. When I arrived and started to sign the forms, the tech informs me there would be "a small fee" for the anesthesia as they no longer use the old medication used for the previous procedure. I asked for the cost, and she estimated around $87 for EACH. I'm not sure what the clientele is here but nearly $200, especially an unexpected surcharge, is NOT a small fee and at no point was made clear during my last visit when I scheduled with this place. I ended up canceling the procedures. Not only that, I had my cats set against the side of the vet desk to keep away from the dogs being brought in. Some other employee thought it was a great idea to bring a woman with a giant pitbull 2 feet away from me to go over paperwork and the dog ended up coming right on top of my cat's carrier sticking his face into the carrier and sniffing at it, causing my cat to freak out. I don't blame the dog for his natural behavior, this is on the employee. I've never experienced this much unprofessionalism at any vet care. I thought the close location would help me so much with not forcing my cats to endure a long drive but I've already cancelled their scammy, super expensive membership auto renewal and will not be returning afterwards.

I’ve been a pet owner my whole life and this facility and staff (specifically Jonathan) have exceeded all my possible expectations. The cleanliness, communication and compassion is unmeasurable. Jonathan deserves all 5 stars and his flowers for putting up with me questions, his advice and recommendations have saved us. He has been so helpful with our pets and family !!! If you love your pets this is the place for you and them

I am not one to leave reviews, but I felt this deserved one. I brought my pup to the vet 6 days ago because he had been licking at his front left paw. The exam done in the room was not in depth but I was told it was likely allergies and to continue to use the over the counter product I had purchased, which was reasonable to me at the time (the vet seemed extremely nice and I was happy with the service). Fast forward 6 days, my dog got groomed at the same facility and they found an infected open wound to the paw that was oozing that was missed days before. I asked if the vet could take a look at the paw, due to my concern for a bacterial infection that was not being treated appropriately. The vet continued to talk through the vet techs and could not take the time to even come outside the door and have a 60 second conversation with me. The vet tech told me that the vet could not come talk to me and if I wanted to make another appointment I could make one for tomorrow. There was no care given whatsoever by the vet to come and speak with me or make me feel like she at least cared about my dog or my concerns. I will be taking both of my dogs to a new vet.

The staff took really great care of my Labradors, Dozer and Rosie. After their vaccines, they went to go play in the pool area for day camp. Both pups had so much fun!!!

The most important thing a pet parent can do is find a vet that they can trust to make sure that their pet has a happy and healthy life. Unfortunately, New Day is not concerned about that and it is heartbreaking as a first time dog mom to experience the discomfort my dog and I have received here. My sweet pup, Gatsby, has been seen here since he was a 3 months old and I have them to thank for the fear, trauma and sadness my dog has when I take him to his new vet now. The only thing they are sure to do is to make sure you sign up for their shady membership plan; which for your sake do not, it is not beneficial and it is just a way for them to take your money while they give you the worst service. They do not care that each appointment Gatsby and I had to wait about 40 minutes or more in the lobby to see the vet (if we even were graced with their presence), or that the vet techs were laughing at my scared dog while doing an intestinal exam or checking his temperature, or that my dog peeled his paw pad back from trying to leave the boarding room, or that my dog had Bordetella or that while my family was going through an emergency and asked numerous times to cancel the membership they instead chose to ignore me and continue to charge my card. Now fast forward to months of us requesting to cancel our membership due to subpar treatment, they are bullying my family to pay the fee that we have asked since November to cancel. Unfortunately, this company is not pets first, it's money first. I would never take any animal I own to any Pet Paradise ever again. I highly recommend you to bring your pets to Petfolk, a much better and more caring option.
