I’ve had great experiences using both the walk-in clinic and scheduled appointments for my large dog. When I called on a Tuesday for an appointment, they were able to fit me in that same week. The staff was kind, answered all my questions, and saw my dog right on time. The walk-in clinic can be busy, so I recommend arriving early to check in and being patient. If the visit isn’t urgent and you’re short on time, scheduling an appointment might be a better option. Overall, both visits were positive, and their prices are more affordable than other places I’ve been.

Feb 23, 2025 · Amanda OuelletteMy cat broke the end of his tail, they were so nice and helpful. They got him in quick. They took the time to assess the situation and damage he had and I couldn’t have been more grateful for them today. They are very professional and handled my cat with care.
Feb 14, 2025 · hope SHad to take my elder dog to them to put asleep. I can’t explain the comfort they give, we had her cremated and when we went to pick her ashes up they had a card with signatures and kind words from everyone in the clinic. They took her paw prints AND nose print. They were so compassionate and I could not have asked for a better experience in the worst conditions. Hardest day
Jan 10, 2025 · Kari GUPDATE: we returned for an exam with Dr. Conners and got all our questions answered efficiently and with a full exam. We discovered a double ear infection and purchased drops as well as dental wipes. We also determined mild asthma could be prevalent so we received a prescription for an inhaler. Thank you for improving our experience, we will be back! --------- Went during the walk-in clinic. My cat didn't even get a full exam. I asked about her teeth getting cleaned, the vet didn't even look at her teeth. I asked about a bump on her head, he didn't even look at it before telling me a lengthy explanation about how it was bone and unable to be removed. When I pushed back, he finally looked at it and said it was actually a cyst. He checked her with a stethoscope to determine she didn't have asthma, she's just overweight. Otherwise, there was no exam. We got there at 11am and waited for 2 hours. I would go back but schedule an appointment and see a different vet.
Oct 14, 2024 · Kayla SheaI just lost my Sammy. My friend suggested New Winchester to take her to be cremated. I was totally grief stricken and a mess. The workers at the clinic were so kind and I was allowed to go into a room where she was to spend a last time with her. They assured me they would take care of her and call when I could pick up her ashes and the blankets she was wrapped in. They called today and my friend took me out there. The blankets were in a bag and a card with her nose and paw prints along with messages from the staff and a plaster cast medallion with her pawprints and name was tucked into the bag along with a tuft of her fur. I am so overwhelmed at their kindness I am recommending everyone who needs a vet for their fur babies go to them. They are wonderful.
