Alyssa is a friend that I have known for several years and she is an active member of Medina Kennel Club, where we both participate in many AKC dog sports. It had been a few years since visiting New Pittsburg Veterinary and because I know Alyssa so well, I brought a pup in for neuter surgery when the other vet in town was booked up for 2 months. They are always there when I need advice, and my dogs love going there. Had a litter of puppies November 2020, brought 3 of them in for vaccinations and microchipping. "Rexie" (one of my pups) and his new family are now a new client there. Great service, very thorough, and knowledgeable staff. * Bonus for me: I like to pay a quick visit with pups I train, simply weigh them, say hi, give treats to the pups I am training while they sniff and explore the lobby... this helps pups to enjoy visits to the vet for their future owners.

Mom had to do what I consider to be the hardest thing to do as a pet owner, she had to say goodbye to her precious girl-Sassy. She was almost 18 years old and was one tough cookie. The staff were so nice and let mom take her moment that she needed to say farewell to her best friend. They shared with her that she could visit the "Rainbow Garden" anytime and that helped her have a little peace knowing she could go there and feel close to her. They hugged her and I could truly tell they were genuine in feeling her lose also.
