New Hope Pet Vet

I have used New Hope in the past for my dog. I was always happy with their service. Today they went beyond good service, and provided excellent care. I found a stray dog on my road, and after trapping and keeping her confined while I figured out what to do, I realized she had puppies. My neighbors and I banded together to find the puppies, and I brought them to the office to be aged to make sure they could be rehomed safely. They helped no charge, and dewormed them for free, even though I was willing to pay. The puppies were seen quickly by Dr. Bain to confirm they were healthy, and a vet tech handled each pup, and reviewed the concerning puppy for more time. Polk county has a severe stray dog problem, and they pitched in without concern for themselves. Thank you, Momma dog did her best to make healthy puppies, and I know she appreciates your help. I do as well. It’s on us who live here to handle stray dogs as we do not have a humane office, or animal control- and I very much appreciate them helping in the ways they could.

I wish I would have taken my baby girl to this vet when I first moved here. This is the BEST vet I have been to yet for her whole 13 years of life. They are kind, they listen to anything and every concern without question, they have the best prices for what they offer (which are even surgeries!!!), want to solve the/a problem[s] instead of just 'not knowing' or surface level help, etc etc. My baby has been here a month so far and is getting her cancer tumors removed at the end of this month, so this will be the biggest test but so so far they are so quick, so kind, and besides her specialty vet this has been the first experience I have ever seen my anxious dog approach and want pets/is comfortable with both the nurses and docs without treats or anything involved. She typically shivers or pants and stays towards the exit or me during her visits, but not here which has amazed me and means that much more that she trusts them immediately. Wish us luck on the surgery and PLEASE TAKE THEM HERE of all vets in Cleveland, and I've been to so many, this one is top notch with everything.

Dr. Bain is beyond amazing, we had to make a very difficult decision regarding our fur baby Sheldon, but Dr. Bain and his staff were very kind and compassionate during a difficult time for us. He made sure both my husband and myself, along with Sheldon were all in a comfortable setting (at home visit) and were informed of all our options. It’s easy to provide excellent care in happy situations, but it takes a special group to also provide that during the hardest times as well.

I had an amazing experience, I will definitely be bringing all my pet here.The Dr was very knowledgeable and Alyssa had so much patience with my nervous pup,I haven't ever seen my dog so fear free at the vet,she went out of her way to make us feel at home.

Dr Casey is the absolute best our Shi Tzu hurt her foot on Christmas afternoon. We walked the next morning as soon as you opened without an appointment and they immediately took action. Within less than an hour we received a phone call with a plan of action. Dr. Casey took the BEST care of our fur baby. THANK YOU Dr. Casey and New Hope Per Vet employees for the very best care.
