My Bootsy (cat) is a patient there, they monitor her CKD. We were in for a routine check of her bloodwork, Dr. Cross found a large mass in her abdomen. Xrays showed her kidney was many times the size it should be and of course my worst fear was cancer. She did an additional ultrasound just in case it wasnt a mass, found this was actually likely a rare large cyst, her and her fabulous staff of techs stayed after hours to drain this cyst, over 200ml of liquid! Bootsy is forever grateful, so am I as her mama. ❤️ still waiting on full results but if you are looking for a vet that takes that extra step, isn't in it for the money, THIS IS THEM!! It wasn't inexpensive, but she likely saved her life which is something that you can't put a cost on.

The environment at New Hope Animal Hospital, while not explicitly described in terms of physical aesthetics, is strongly characterized by the empathy, thoughtfulness, and patience demonstrated by Dr. Janet Gordon and her staff. One reviewer, whose cat Bootsy is a patient for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), recounts a critical experience where Dr. Cross discovered a large abdominal mass during a routine bloodwork check. The immediate and thorough response, including X-rays and an additional ultrasound, showcases a proactive and detail-oriented approach to patient care. The fact that Dr. Cross and her "fabulous staff of techs stayed after hours" to drain a large cyst, ultimately providing significant relief to Bootsy, speaks volumes about their dedication and commitment beyond regular working hours. This level of care suggests a hospital environment where the well-being of the animal is paramount, and the team is willing to go the extra mile.
The services offered at New Hope Animal Hospital appear to be comprehensive, catering to both routine and more complex medical needs. Jan 18, 2022 · Kelly BroadyI came to this hospital to get a second opinion on my pet’s diagnosis. They are now my primary vet for life. I can’t say enough good things about New Hope Animal Hospital. They were empathetic and thoughtful and incredibly patient with all of my questions. And my kitty is doing great now! Thank you so much!
Jan 19, 2022 · G ActI had a good experience here. I helped a friend take her cat to the vet for a check up. The vet office sent confirmations via text and email as well as instructions related to their COVID-19 protocols. Everything went smoothly and both of us were able to enter the clinic for the appointment. The vet was knowledgeable and had some good suggestions regarding the cat's future care/maintenance. I would recommend this place if yiu are looking for a veterinary office for your pet.
Dec 08, 2021 · Monica Calhounwe have been taking our dog here for over a year. easy online orders for meds, great staff, and our dog loves them (even if she doesn't like going into the check up room).
Feb 19, 2022 · Philip MathiowetzWe have been taking our dog to New Hope Animal Hospital for the last year or so. Their whole team has been nothing but helpful the times we have stopped in, or when we had questions regarding our puppies health over the phone. We look forward to continue using this local vet for all our visits.
