I lost my fur baby about a month ago they were very compassion and considerate, I had my other fur baby get an UTI, I couldn't afford the treatment they recommended but they did what they could for him and bought me a little more time with him, I've had pets all my life and used many different veterinarians over the years,I highly recommend new hope animal hospital. no veterinary is cheap,but their fur baby doctor's which requires years of schooling.They treated my fur babies with compassion and act as if they understand their more to me than just being cats.I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.thank you so much new hope veterinary clinic.

I’m very pleased with New Hope Animal Hospital. They’ve always treated my doggies and me with love & care. We’ve seen several of the veterinarians & I’ve been happy with each one.

They love my furbaby like he was theirs. They may cost more, but I feel better knowing he is in great hands. When I had to put my girl to sleep, they were as amazing as anyone could be in that situation. Highly recommend for pet medical needs!!

All 3 of my fur babies are patient and the staff and Vets have always taken such good care of them. A year and half ago my male baby became very ill and unfortunately passed recently but through it all the staff and vets were right by my side along this journey to take care of him. This week I received the most precious sympathy card that was signed by the entire staff. What an amazing gift to me as I transition without my fur baby here with me anymore. We had to make the decision to put our sweet pup down. The vet we used was not able to fit us in, but it was a blessing because New Hope brought us in quickly to check on our girl. I couldn’t have imagined a better way to say goodbye than with New Hope by our sides. New Hope walked us through every step of those final moments with her. They didn’t rush us and let us say goodbye at our own pace. From treats, to gentle hugs, and the utmost respect this group helped ease our heartbreak. Daisy’s remains are in a box with Daisies, which, was a thoughtful touch. And we received the sweetest handwritten card with her nose print and paws today. You rarely receive handwritten notes today. I cannot thank New Hope Hospital enough for their patience, love, kindness, and thoughtfulness through one of life’s toughest moments.
