My sister and I had to bring her dog in for an emergency visit during the Memorial Holiday. I can not even begin to tell you how different this place is from another Animal ER place on the south shore! From the minute we walked in the staff was unbelievable ! We had t go back a second time because our little friend pulled his wick out and once again, met with the same kindness and professionalism! The girls at the desk... expedient and knowledgeable, the Vet techs, compassionate and very, very good at what they do and the Vet herself, simply awesome!! My sister loved it so much here for her boy, she moved him over for NEAMC to be his life long care team. Great place, the BEST! Doesn't your family member deserve that?

I love the renovated space. Exam rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and caring. I've never had a bad experience here. My rescue had heartworms and this place took excellent care of her to treat her and make sure she had many more years to enjoy her life.
