Our dog needed urgent oral surgery, and the clinic was able to accommodate us promptly. The office staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming to both me and my pup (aka, my baby). Dr. Clarke did an excellent job with the surgery as well as the pre- and post-treatment care. Communication was on point. Highly recommend!

Our first visit to New Baltimore Vet with our brand new adopted 1 year old cat. Outstanding! I've had cats for 70 years and this vet is the best!!! The staff was great - got me a quick appointment, , and a cheerful manner is appreciated. The Dr explained things in detail, spent time with cat and gave good advice on what to expect. Thanks so much

We’ve loved this practice since joining and recently had to put down our sweet, “Tucker Buddy,” of almost 14 years. Dr. Trout and staff were absolutely amazing through the entire process and made a very difficult time a little easier for us. Dr. Trout in particular was very compassionate and despite being an extremely busy practice, she took the time to send a hand written note with her condolences and more kind words. A couple weeks later we got a letter from the local SPCA saying NBAH had made a donation in memory of Tucker. Is there another vet who cares about the animals (and owners) this much? I haven’t heard of one. So thankful to have our fur babies under the care of this clinic. A photo of Tucker buddy in his prime and a photo we took on his last (beautiful) day with us.

It has been my experience whenever I bring my animal friends to your practice, they are receive the caring and professional attention they need. God bless Dr. Trout and the techs for giving my wild barn cat the best care that can be given considering Lily's attitude. Thank you all.
