Jan 24, 2025 · David MeyersI take my dog to their daycare 5 days a week due to my work. I honestly can’t imagine going somewhere else. After 10 months of going there my dog is still excited every morning when I drop him off. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they are truly amazing!
Mar 21, 2025 · Laurie GOutstanding customer service! Quick. Communicative. Patient and very comprehensive with my (many!) questions. I dropped by to ask a few questions and get pricing for a procedure and quickly decided to become a client. Most importantly, they were super with my very large dog.
May 08, 2025 · Ann Lockler RaccoNeuse River Vets are excellent! Dr. Connie’s main concern is our dog’s health! She and the other vets take the time to explain any procedures with me and makes certain that I understand how to administer the medications that are prescribed. In fact, all of the staff are excellent and I cannot imagine taking Simon anywhere else.
Mar 28, 2025 · Thomas BennettI must say I am thrilled with the level of kindness and professionalism I am met with each time I visit Neuse River Veterinary Hospital. In my opinion, it is the best vet in town and I’ll tell you why: The Dr.’s do not leave you with unresolved problems however, they do not run unnecessary tests. Leaving you with results at a reasonable price. The Dr.’s are knowledgeable, kind, and care about you and your pets. The facility is updated, clean, smells clean, is aesthetically pleasing, and the bathrooms are always clean and stocked. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. I’ve had another vet not examine my cat because they could not handle her. At Neuse River Veterinary Hospital, they were able to examine and handle my cat with absolutely no problem and without incident. The pricing leaves me relieved at checkout. And I don’t feel like I’ve wasted my money. I’ve always been presented with options that are useful and helpful to my fur family. When one of my fur babies was sick I got follow up communication from one of the doctors about how he was doing. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my cats, their sensitivities and issues. They treat us like family. Even when I move, I still plan to take my cats here. They are the best in my book! I highly recommend them and suggest you give them a try. God bless you!
