Everyone is friendly and attentive to my dog. He is actually happy to go there! Julie is the best groomer I've used in over 10 years. She does a great job and listens carefully to how I want him groomed. Top notch place except they aren't open on weekends. :-(

Dr. Esra is hands down the best vet ever! She really cares about your pet as they get individualized treatments instead of one solution for all dogs. Dr. Esra opts for the natural treatment first before anything else which aligns with what we want for our dog. The whole office staff is in fact super friendly and loving! Mochi legit loves going to the vet because every time she goes she gets a lot of attention and love! 10000% recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I trusted Nease Animal Hospital with our dog’s care, but their incompetence has cost us hundreds of dollars, immense stress, and put our dog’s recovery at risk. Our dog, Karoo, needed a splint for a leg injury, but the splint applied by their team fell off twice—once just days after application and again within 12 hours of being placed. Each failure led to emergency visits costing us $350 each time, totaling $700 in unnecessary expenses. We even had to call out of work and rush Karoo to the emergency vet, where the attending veterinarian questioned if a child had applied the cast—a shocking reflection of the poor quality of care we received. While I understand bandaging can be challenging, this does not excuse their negligence, which directly caused an emergency situation. Four weeks into Karoo’s treatment, we are still dealing with the consequences of their carelessness, and they refuse to take responsibility or reimburse us for the additional costs their mistakes created. Nease Animal Hospital has proven they care more about their bottom line than the well-being of their patients. If you love your pet and don’t want to be stuck paying for their mistakes, go somewhere else.

We love Nease Animal Hospital! They did such a great job with our senior/blind yorkie mix -Jay when he got his dental. They really made sure he was comfortable and not stressed before and after the procedure. The communication has been excellent with the staff as well. We highly recommend.

I will only take my cats to Nease Animal Hospital from now on. The whole team has been so kind throughout my years of visiting with my three cats. We just had to say goodbye to my kitty, Todd. He became sick over the last year, and every member of the team formed a little relationship with Todd and made me feel reassured throughout these hard times. I recieved a card from the team with ten different people each writing kind words. In particular, some team members that have gone above-and-beyond are Tori, Austin, Sammi, Shelby, Taylor, Jo, Jacob, Julie, and Joe (and of course the Doctors). Thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing such compassionate care🩷
