We needed to have our cat (a stray from a shelter who lived a good healthy 17 years without a single vet visit) put down after she had stopped eating, stopped drinking water, had lost half her weight and was hiding in the closet the way cats do when they are near the end. Despite not being a regular customer, Sophie at the front desk took us in, Fatima helped us get settled and the doctor handled the awful injection with incredible care and support, while I cried like a baby. Goodbye Alice, but thank you to Naples Coastal for being so kind.

Dec 23, 2024 · Whitney Murraysimply stated, i will never take my babies anywhere else! the team here goes above and beyond any expectations you could ever have. i had an unfortunate emergent situation with my sweetest cat charlie and the level of care they provided him was unreal! along with being endlessly compassionate - they gave me updates, were HONEST, and unbelievably understanding. i could write a novel about how amazing they are lol. i will never be able to thank them enough for the genuine care and love they showed my baby. thank you naples coastal❤️

The long version: Recently brought my (foster failure) HW positive Robyn in for her treatment to get rid of those nasty little buggers... The team at NCAH is so compassionate and caring during the process...they explained the procedure completely so I knew what to expect and what the possible challenges are that lie before us. Dr. Sterling completely explained what Robyn will be going thru and how I will need to care for her afterwards to ensure her continued health! I could not ask for a better partner in my fur-babies care!! Thank you ❤
