Placed order on Dec 27, 2024. It's Jan 6, 2025 still haven't received my dog's medicine. Today Jan 7, 2025 shipment has left the Lake of the Ozarks and now is in Florida? I live in MO? Maybe you should try using FedEx like Chewy does. Every order I have ever places with Chewy is here within 3 to 4 days. It's January 13, 2025 and I still don't have the medications. Unfortunately the USPS shipping is unreliable. The tracking say's the medications are still in Florida?

Absolute garbage. My poor dog is waiting on flea meds and I went ahead and ordered through this company instead of Chewy only because they work with my vet. They said they could have her meds here by December 20. I placed the order IMMEDIATELY after leaving the vet- within a half hour. I then wait 2 full days just for the tracking number to become valid through USPS. In other words, it sat in a big bin for 2 days just waiting to get to USPS. Now, USPS says they'll deliver it on December 23rd..... I understand I didn't pay for overnight service, but you quoted me a specific day when I made that decision. What if my dog had some life threatening condition!? Thank God she doesn't, but is it going to take somebody suing because their beloved pet died waiting on a medication that they could have simply just ordered through Chewy? Absolutely ridiculous. Get some standards or shut down and leave it to people that have a heart for animals.

ABSOLUTE TRASH! Placed an order 14 days ago. Went from WI to OH to my city now back in OH! Every time I call the vet they give me the run around then when I call these yahoo’s I get the run around. At this point I’m going to dispute charges with the bank. Seems like they respond on here with the same garbage “I’m so sorry” BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH

Horrible company. Delays in shipping. It should not take 2 weeks to get meds. Lost in the mail? You are just out of luck. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails.

Their customer service is horrible, even with long standing returning customers with the same vet clinic and same exact items. Their shipping dates are arbitrary, and anybody you will talk to on the phone is either incompetent or rude. The “supervisor” is a joke. They hide behind company policies like the other negative reviews state.
