My Neighborhood Vet

There really aren’t enough words to say how grateful we are to have found My Neighborhood Vet. The staff loves my dog as much as I do, and they’ve made it so my otherwise very anxious dog is happy and relaxed at the vet. They have always treated us with kindness and respect, and have treated my dog like one of their own. We’ve been able to rely on them for routine treatment and emergencies, and they’ve always been available for questions and concerns in the meantime. We would come here forever if we were not moving away, and believe me when I say we will miss My Neighborhood Vet and this team very, very much.

Thankful to have found Dr. Ross and the Care Team at My Neighborhood Vet. The clinic is immaculate and eveyone is very kind. Dr. Ross was thorough in the examination and great at answering questions and concerns. After many other vets have become beholden to large corporations and have implemented astronomical increases in services and random fees while using guilt to pressure clients into having expensive and unnecessary tests performed, Dr. Ross remains independent and above all, honest. I am elated to have found a reliable veterinarian in Chicago. Thank you Dr. Ross and Team !

Great vet and she got us in right away for an urgent matter. The vet I was seeing before told me I would have to wait for a week to be seen for an issue that was causing pain for my dog. MNV got me in the day I called. Thank you

Very grateful for Dr. Ross and all of the wonderful staff at My Neighborhood Vet! I didn’t think I’d ever find a practice like this to take my pups too but and so thankful we did. Thank you all for how caring and detailed you are, for treating our pups like your own! All 4 of our pups have seen Dr. Ross and every time we come in, it’s the same exceptional care and attentiveness. I think we have met just about the entire team and each of them have made such an amazing lasting impression. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. We don’t know what we would have done without them! Everyone at this office is passionate about giving the best care possible, provide clear and detailed communication and are just some of the kindest and nicest people I’ve met! One of our pups has high anxiety/doesn’t do well with others and getting her to see a doctor has been so challenging but Dr. Ross and team have made giving her the best medical care possible and we can never thank them enough! Dr. Ross the world needs more doctors like you!
