I brought my guy Jeffrey here with a high fever and all the staff were so kind and caring. Dr. Murayama and Dr. Schemes took time to check in with me and explain everything. Dr. Murayama even showed my partner how to administer fluids to Jeffrey if his fever doesn't go down. They took him in 2 separate days and made I was updated on everything. All the staff made sure to tell me how much they loved him.

Ive been taking my cat here for about 4 years. The prices are decent. The staff is not extremely knowledgeable though. They took my cat into a different room away from me to do her vaccines. Then the doctor comes in and tells me my baby 16.5 yr old has a heart murmur and we should do this other expensive test to see what's going on. You know what she didn't say or notice? The flea infestation all over my baby. I came home and researched heart murmurs. Sure, it could be a thyroid issue, OR a stress issue. We have a fairly new dog, and a very young toddler. I realized how stressed my cat was and changed her diet and pampered her, and gave her flea treatment and baths. Her heart murmur is gone. Don't believe everything they say. They don't actually spend time looking at and caring about your precious animals. They are just boom bang take your money. They didn't even give my cat the rabies token this time. I was going to bring my dog here but I don't want to pay for things I don't need, nor do I want them to miss obvious things that cause stress--like fleas and flea dirt!

I’ve had at least one pet for 59 years. Have seen many vets, but this office has been the very best! I think it’s been 30 years since I started trusting my fur babies care to them! Compassion beyond compare, friendly, and always provides options. Dr. Chatterson has been my go to, but they have new Vets that I’ve heard good things about as well.

They took amazing care of my very skiddish, anxiety ridden rescue. We even told them on the phone prior that our dog doesn't do well with men because he was abused by one so they made sure to mark his chart saying he was nervous around men. We he came out his tail was wagging and he's been such a happy boy since then I would highly recommend them to anyone win an animal they love

Dr. Chatterson was great with our dog. He has been seeing her for 11 years and puts up with her being difficult. We appreciate all the modifications they make so her visit is easier for her.
