Their expertise and kindness puts animals at ease - even my dog, Mr. Murphy, who has a good deal of anxiety. He had a very good first experience at the clinic and so did I. I feel comfortable he and my other two dogs will receive very good care whenever they need it.

I think they are very caring to our pets and us pet parents too. I have been taking my cats here for 40 years or more. I believe they are very capable of taking care of all animals. They do a good job in my book. Unfortunately accidents and unforeseen occurences befall us all. This time Pork Chop and I were very happy with our visit. They explained everything to my satisfaction. Thank you Dr. Charles and staff!

I came in to get a pain shot for my dog. The vet and staff were kind and knowledgeable. Prices were fair. I will come here next time I need a vet.

Well established vet clinic with a caring staff. Reasonable prices too. The veterinarian explained everything, was patient but most importantly she handled my dog very gently showing him compassion. Couldn't be happier with my choice of Mr Carroll Veterinarian. Thank you!

I will NEVER bring any of my pets here again for any service. I rather drive an hour before they even see my dogs. I brought in my chihuahua to be spayed early morning as instructed, and by 3pm i was told she would be ready to be picked up by 4pm. I go to pick her up as planned and when they hand her to me, she seemed to be out of it. At first I didn't think too much of it as I figured it was her coming out of the anesthesia. But as I walk out to go to my car, I noticed my shirt was wet and realize it's blood. She was BLEEDING as I was walking out of the vets office. I go back inside and they notice it, so they take her back and tell me to come back in about 30 mins, as they thought it was just a pocket of blood. When I return, the bleeding has not stopped and the vet basically told me there wasn't anything else she could do because she doesn't have an ultrasound machine to check her and she doesn't keep pets overnight. She said I should take her home or the ER vet, the choice was mine. This was around 5pm and the closest ER vet was almost an hour and a half away. My dog looks very weak at this point so we decide to take her to the er, they run bloodwork and do an ultrasound and we were told she needed another surgery because she was bleeding internally, but couldn't figure out why through the ultrasound. We had no choice but to proceed with the surgery, where it was discovered the first Vet hit an ovarian artery causing the internal bleeding. My dog had to be kept for 2 days at the ER following this 2nd surgery to fix what the mount carroll vet MESSED UP. What should've been a simple, inexpensive procedure for my dog turned into a nightmare that cost thousands of dollars to save my dog's life. If this vet office does not have the proper equipment to treat a dog post-surgery, especially in the event of a complication, THEY SHOULD NOT BE PERFORMING THESE PROCEDURES. I WILL NEVER RETURN and if you love your pets, I wouldn't recommend taking them to this heartless, ill-prepared vet.
