My go to place for vet care for a reasonably quick appt. Nice people. They move fast and work hard. I like that they let you know all your options. BUT! They seem to be starting to push for more additional services and now some things are just added to the basic service costs. I think they may been taken over by a corporation. $800 to get a 15 lb dog spayed and shots. They not the highest (but still exorbitant) their prices have doubled. Hence the recently reduced stars. What you going to do? Have to get care for the fur babies and they know you don't have a lot of options around here so don't expect prices to go down or even stabilize any time soon.

Welcome to Moreno Valley Animal Clinic

Welcome to the introduction of Moreno Valley Animal Clinic, a local Pet Hospital located at 14041 Elsworth St Entrance B, Moreno Valley, CA 92553, USA. As a dedicated provider of veterinary care, Moreno Valley Animal Clinic aims to serve the pet owners in the Moreno Valley area and surrounding communities. This introduction will delve into the clinic's environment, services, features, and some insights gleaned from customer reviews to provide local users with a comprehensive understanding of what to expect.

Moreno Valley Animal Clinic operates as a Pet Hospital, a category that encompasses a wide range of services dedicated to the health and well-being of your beloved animal companions. Pet Hospitals are crucial resources for pet owners, offering not only routine check-ups and preventative care but also diagnostics, treatments for illnesses and injuries, and surgical procedures. They often serve as a central hub for all aspects of pet health, providing a convenient and reliable source of care.

Based on available information, Moreno Valley Animal Clinic strives to offer a welcoming and efficient environment for both pets and their owners. One customer review mentions "nice people" and a "reasonably quick appt," suggesting that the clinic aims for efficiency and a positive client interaction. The comment "They move fast and work hard" further indicates a commitment to providing timely service, which is often a priority for busy pet owners seeking veterinary care.

A significant feature highlighted in the reviews is the clinic's practice of informing pet owners about all available options for their pet's care. This approach empowers owners to make informed decisions regarding their animal's health, ensuring transparency and collaborative care. Understanding the available choices is vital for responsible pet ownership and allows for tailored treatment plans that suit both the pet's needs and the owner's circumstances.

However, it's important to present a balanced perspective, and some recent feedback suggests potential changes at the clinic. One reviewer expresses concern about a perceived increase in the push for additional services and the inclusion of extra charges in basic service costs. This observation raises a point for potential new clients to be mindful of, encouraging them to inquire about the costs of all recommended services upfront to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The same review also mentions a significant increase in the cost of certain procedures, specifically citing an $800 charge for spaying a 15 lb dog and vaccinations. The reviewer notes that while this might not be the highest price point in the area, the doubling of prices is a cause for concern. This feedback underscores the importance for pet owners to research and compare prices for veterinary services in their locality, although the reviewer also acknowledges the limited options available in the immediate vicinity, which can influence pricing.

Another crucial aspect of a positive veterinary experience is the quality of customer service, particularly at the front desk. One reviewer shared an experience where a front desk technician was perceived as being unkind and making them feel "stupid" for asking honest questions about their pet. This feedback highlights the significance of empathy and clear communication in client interactions within a veterinary setting. While the reviewer appreciates the dedication of the overall staff to animal care, this negative front desk interaction detracted from their overall experience. It serves as a reminder that every interaction within a Pet Hospital contributes to the client's perception of the quality of care.

Despite this specific negative feedback regarding front desk interaction, the reviewer also acknowledges the "work and dedication everyone here gives to the animals of Moreno Valley," indicating that the core veterinary care provided is likely of a good standard. This suggests that while there might be areas for improvement in customer service, the clinical care for pets remains a positive aspect of Moreno Valley Animal Clinic.

In summary, Moreno Valley Animal Clinic, as a Pet Hospital in Moreno Valley, appears to offer reasonably quick appointments and a practice of informing clients about their pet care options. The staff is generally perceived as hardworking and dedicated to the animals they serve. However, potential new clients should be aware of recent feedback regarding potential increases in service costs and the importance of clear and respectful communication from all staff members, particularly at the front desk. It is always advisable for pet owners to communicate openly with the clinic about any concerns regarding service recommendations or costs to ensure a positive and transparent experience.

all of the times I’ve been here have gone well overall, but today’s experience with one of the front desk techs has impelled me to not include five stars. There is no need to make people feel stupid when they’re asking honest questions about their pet, I understand when it’s called for but in this case it wasn’t necessary in the slightest.. and to followed by complete awkward silence leaving me to wonder if my dog and I are all set to go. I appreciate all of the work and dedication everyone here gives to the animals of Moreno Valley.. but to the person at the front desk, when you’re being mean to the owner, you’re being mean to the animal too, and this is who you were being mean to … thank you have a great day
